Set in Suncadia, a Cascade Mountain resort, Eagle's Landing is a recently completed cabin inspired by traditional building materials and methods. The cabin has a private driveway courtyard area facing south-east. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms finished in tile and slab granite vanity counter-tops. A spacious bunk room includes two "built-in" twin beds perfect for kids and an adjacent 4th bathroom. An open loft area upstairs provides a TV area and wet bar, and adds a 5th open sleeping space (on futon) if needed. The chef kitchen has a large island with three bar stools that others can sit at for conversation.

The kitchen and dining area flow into a high ceiling living room that has exposed load bearing timbers and a real stone faced gas fireplace. French doors off the living room open to a spacious covered outdoor patio with south-west exposure, a natural gas fire pit backed by boulders sits outside the patio. Other outdoor areas are a covered west facing balcony on upper floor and a south-east facing front porch. A side door off of the front porch provides direct access to mudroom, powder room, and washer & dryer - ideal for getting in and out of the cabin for day trips.

The cabin has immediate access to the Suncadia trails system from the cul-de-sac. Bikes provided!

Due to Suncadia rules, the Fitness Center and swimming pool access is NOT included in this rental, nor do we charge an additional daily fee for swim access.

We completed this vacation home in year 2016 and truly love spending time in it and the surrounding area with our three kids. August 2017 marked our first full 12 months of offering the home to guests on VRBO. We think VRBO is a great way to help fully utilize and share this home. It makes it all worth it when we see our guest take initiative to bring their family and friends together, have a memorable experience in Suncadia, and leave satisfied. If you have dates that are important to reserve we encourage you to book early as this home fully books up in the Summer and Winter seasons. Fall and Spring are also excellent seasons to visit Suncadia, pricing is a little lower and you may be able to find availability on shorter notice. If booking in March, April, October, or November ask about our 4th night free limited offer. We hope to see you in year 2018!

What makes this cabin unique

Mature trees and vine maples in the area, privacy and use of cul de sac, quiet, relaxed. Built with traditional materials, exposed timbers, true car deck ceilings, solid wood window sashes, 8' doors, solid fir floors throughout, barn doors. Chef style kitchen and great room open up to south west facing covered patio. Rough-cut western red cedar board & batt siding and true-shingle gables provide shelter from exterior elements. Large fire pit with boulder seating.

This cabin provides clean functional accommodation without some of the distractions of the city.

I think one of the most pleasant surprises was how quiet Columbine

Ct. is/was - we had some little ones with scooters and bikes and they just loved scooting around the court, which as a parent we loved as there was little to no car traffic that came into the court during our entire

time there.



I also loved the bike trails that were right there, of all the times that I

have been to Suncadia, I had never seen most of the trails we had access to while we were there, so that was another pleasant surprise.



Overall, the place was just great and we loved it.

All rooms and bathrooms have operable windows with screens. A ceiling fan is installed in the great room. The outdoor natural gas fire pit is not subject to Cle Elum area burn bans that are common in the late summer.

Great vacation property. Lots of amenities

We just returned from three nights at Eagle's Landing. The house was great and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the gas fire pit. Kids loved roasting s'mores each night. We also loved having bikes to use. Overall great time. We highly recommend this house.

Charming and just the right size for our extended family!

Lovely and comfortable. Gorgeous setting. Roomy with plenty of privacy also. Nice amenities, great towels, comfortable beds. Enough space to park our three cars. The bikes were a wonderful extra!

Great rental in suncadia

Came to my brother's wedding at Suncadia winery and rented this lodge. It is right next to the ridgeline trail, which was nice for a run or bike ride. My kids enjoyed having bikes on site. The house was clean and nice as expected. The owners were really easy to work with on any issues and nothing major came up.

What time are we able to check in, and check out? Normal check in is 4pm and checkout 11am, we can often do an early check in as early as noon or late check out as late as 2pm for no additional charge. Please let us know what time you would like to check in and we will confirm with you if we can make it work.

Can we pay to use the pool at the lodge? On the swim access, short answer is no, Suncadia does not allow parties to pay at door unless accompanied by another fitness center member.

What are the additional fees for? There are three fees – our cleaning cost is added on to the nightly charge. VRBO takes a fee to cover the cost of credit card charges and the operation of their web interface. And then there is Washington State sales tax. A deposit is also held at VRBO that is fully refundable; you will get your deposit back within a week of departure assuming the place is well cared for. So far we have never had an issue or held back anyone’s deposit.

Do you provide corporate discounts (for Microsoft, Amazon, etc.) employees? Currently we do not provide corporate discounts. The best rates can be found midweek, and on non-peak weekends. Or try making your stay longer and spreading some of the fixed costs like cleaning and your cost of travel to make per night charge lower.

We do not have an AWD vehicle. So was wondering how accessible the roads are in this area? On the access, the roads from l-90 are relatively flat and well maintained. You should be ok with two wheel drives. But do check pass conditions for any restrictions if traveling in winter.

We are a group of 8 adults and 5 young kids. One of the kids is less than 2 years old. We did take a look at the room layouts and are confident that we can manage with the existing beds. Would it be ok for us to book this cabin? Feel free to book to block out your dates. We have a pack-and-play infant bed in the home if needed for one of the younger kids.

There was an issue booking our further out dates. In general we only take reservations 12 months out.

I have been searching for a home for a retreat. The first time I checked, the house rented for $900 per night. My group agreed the house would be wonderful, however now, I am ready to book and the price has gone up. I am wondering if price is based on demand (views), or did pricing change? Pricing is subject to change with no notice. In general it is set at the beginning of the year and varies based on the season and high or low demand time frames. Pricing may change temporarily inter-year based on demand and the number of bookings we are receiving. If you saw a certain price that is no longer there and have some basis for it, let us know and we may be able to honor it.

We are looking for a place to stay with two families to enjoy the snow. Is this still available? Yes, if the calendar shows availability then there is a very high probability it is still available. Feel free to book the dates, if we see any issues we will get back to you – and your payment will not be processed.

Is ok to drive by your home to scope it out? Sure, no problem, you might want to ask for a Suncadia map at the guest greeter cottage near the front entrance, maps should also be available at the Lodge and other places around Suncadia. Please do not disturb any current guests at the property.

Checking to see if your home has resort access? Yes, the home is located in Suncadia Resort; almost all resort amenities are available to you however you will not have access to the Swim and Fitness Center.

Are you far from the resort? The home is located in Suncadia resort. The distance to the Swiftwater Winery and the Suncadia Lodge it is about average for a custom home in Suncadia, some are closer some are further from those two locations. The home has immediate trail system access and is about a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to lodge and winery.

Is WIFI Available? Yes, it is a good connection with fiber optic to house. Access code is located on the wood wall near the refrigerator, above the light switch.

Is cable TV available? Cable TV is not provided at this time, we may look to add this later. Currently we have Netflix and DVD Blue ray players on each TV. Maybe try Swiftwater Winery or other locations at Suncadia to see the game on a big screen.

Would love to book, however we also have a small dog, would this be doable on your property?

We would love to have you stay but unfortunately we cannot make an exception to our standard policy of no pets.

There are however a number of homes in Suncadia that do allow pets, there is also an enclosed dog run at Dawson Park.

We have a large group of old friends who gather once a year. We need two homes just like yours. Do you know a neighbor who has such so we can pair up two homes in close proximity? Yes, we may be able to accommodate the pairing of two similar and nearby homes. Please inquire.

How close is sledding? We sled just across the street a 5 min. walk.
