This historic townhouse has been restored to showcase it's original construction and character. Located in the Lower Garden District, between the Garden District and the Warehouse District, it is central to all the action but on a quiet and residential block.

This house is one block off Magazine St and steps to restaurants, French Truck coffee shop, Courtyard Brewery, and Barrel Proof bourbon bar and more! Four blocks (0.4 mi) to St Charles Ave and the street car.

Family Friendly: Pack-and-Play, Stroller and High Chair provided in the house. Full size air mattress and extra linens also stored in the house and available for your use.

Saints Fans (& Visitors)! Great convenient location for games and events at the Superdome. The house 1.3 mi to the Dome.

Attention business travelers! This home is extremely close to the New Orleans Ernest Morial Convention Center and offers a wonderful respite from convention chaos. You will love being a quick walk to a relaxing and comfortable home! By Google Maps calculation it is 0.6 mi walking distance to the main entrance (closer if you use one of the other entrances).

We provide an independent check-in process with a coded lockbox. No need to arrange a set time to meet us but we live on the block and are available if needed!

An additional twin size air mattress can be set up to accommodate children or other guest(s) in the living room. We don't recommend it as the most comfortable option for adults but it is available. There is an additional fee for more than 4 adults though we waive this fee for children under 2.

                                                      We loved the convenience of Ro’s condo. So close to downtown and right down the street from uptown. We visited family across the river and it was easy peasy to get there, too.

                                                      We loved that character of the house. Just beautiful. And Ro was so great to deal with—we really appreciated the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving there this year!

                                                      The unit had a perfect combination of old world charm with the modern conveniences we have come to expect. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and pristine. Lovely neighborhood. The only minor issues I might add are that we walked to the covention center each day and though walkable it is at least 4 long blocks away. Lastly there is a 20 step steep stairway to get into the unit. Not a problem for us but if you are older and have much baggage might be a bit rough.

                                                      We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ro’s apartment in the Garden District. It is in a beautiful neighborhood which is also so convenient to all the sites New Orleans has to offer. Walking distance to all the best restaurants off Tchoupitoulas and only a 20 minute scenic walk to the French Quarter. The neighbor who lives below is super cool and the property has a very friendly cat who loves to hangout, his name is Peanut and he’s the best!! Overall I would comeback and stay at Ro’s place in a heartbeat. Ps...If you are a parent bringing a baby, she provides a pack and play as well as a stroller. We didn’t bring our babe, but I thought it was super rad that she has that provided. Thanks again Ro!!
