About Terry Sandmeier

Terry Sandmeier is the property manager for owners Nanci and Doyle McAlister.

We lived in Texas when my husband first started dreaming about a cabin in the mountains. We moved to Colorado in 1989, and about three years ago we sought to fulfill that dream. Not a typical log cabin, this home beckoned to us to become the place that would offer peace, relaxation and refreshing. We wanted a place that people could use for vacations, small group meetings, or retreats. We hope you’ll agree – we found the right place.

Fabulous views, hot tub, great kitchen, had everything we needed. Driveway was intimidating with ice but no problems. Thanks for sharing this wonderful home. We will be back.

Amazing property!

  • 5 of 5

We had a fabulous time at this cabin. Beautiful house with tons of upgrades and fully stocked to enjoy your vacation. The hot tub and views made it unforgettable. Be sure to have 4 wheel drive because the drive to the cabin is on an unpaved road and a very steep driveway - especially during the winter - if you want to get anywhere. Breckenridge isn’t far off - beautiful drive. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect

  • 5 of 5

The house was gorgeous and the view wasn't half bad either. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi connection. Terry was wonderful at always getting back to our emails in timely manner. It was a nice drive from Breck to get there. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful mountain home.

It was perfect and enjoyable in every way, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

  • 5 of 5

The house was amazing they have thought of just about everything. The ONLY drawback was the steep driveway, in winter weather or rainy weather a 4x4 is a must, thankfully we had one. The decorations for Christmas was wonderful and thoughtful. Our family made memories for a lifetime.

Thanksgiving weekend 2017 for our family of 8. We each had our own bedroom and bath. Everything was perfectly clean and well equipped. Firewood was provided and even the garage is heated. This is a very peaceful location and the owner is always available and checked on us twice by phone. We couldn't have been more pleased and everything good in every review is exactly accurate. Highly recommended.
