When vacationing in this exquisite property you are also able to take full advantage of the lagoon-style community pool, ride the tram to and from the beach, and walk right across the street to The Hub to grab some lunch or an ice cold drink or snow cone.

Well-placed between Seagrove and Rosemary Beach, Seacrest is close to the best attractions along South Walton’s 30A, yet manages to remain quiet and relaxed. The recent addition of a community titled Seacrest North has expanded the selection of vacation rental homes. Great Place, Fantastic Trip

This place is essentially brand new (As of December 2016). We loved the place. Very modern and clean. Lots of room. Right across the driveway from the main pool and just across the street from the HUB, which is an awesome place to hang out, grab a beer, watch games, etc. Several nights we went over and just hung out by the fire-pit. Only downside is that it isn't beach walk-able. The tram doesn't run in the off-season so we just drove about .75 mile down the road to the public beach access. Not a big deal at all but it is the only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars. We will be coming back for sure.
