**The Association has scheduled a roof project will begin Tuesday October 16, 2018 on Bldg A. We expect the project to take somewhere between 3-5 days (per building) beginning each day between 7-8am.

The pier on the lagoon is perfect for fishing or just relaxing to watch the sunset. Next door to Pier 33 (grocery/beach supplies/gift shop/convenient store). Directly across the street to the white sandy beaches and walking distance to restaurants, surf shops and bars and the most popular 'The Hangout'. NON-SMOKING! NO PETS! This property allows one vehicle per reservation. No trailers.
Minimum age of a person renting a unit is 25 for single person and 21 for married couples.
PLEASE CALL TO BOOK WINTER RENTALS! Monthly reservations made online will not be confirmed until a reservationist reviews the booking details and verifies that the pricing is correct. If there is an error you will be contacted! Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival. Several of our rental properties do have a nightly minimum requirement.
