This tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Florida villa opens up to it’s own swimming pool with a spacious screened lanai, which is fully equipped for outdoor eating and grilling and boasts an uninterrupted lake view. The heated Falcons Glen Community Pool and Spa is also close by and the home comfortably sleeps up to six people.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and large ensuite bathroom with 2 vanities and both tub and shower. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom with shower/tub. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for your cooking pleasure and has breakfast bar stools as well as a separate dining table and chairs. The great room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player, and the villa provides wi-fi access. Flat screen TV is also provided in the master bedroom. There is ample parking and the home is close to biking and walking trails for the fit at heart ! Please note owner stores small car to one side of large double garage.

Enjoy a carefree stay in sunny Naples with both Naples and Marco Island beaches only 15 minutes away and several outstanding “pay as you play” public golf courses in the vicinity.
