Overview

About the property

Wooded park, private tennis court, town centre

The house is a mansion of character located in the centre of a vast park with trees, 500 m away from the medieval town centre. The peacefulness of countryside in the town centre...

The property includes a former 17th century mansion, in the past called 'Campagne', that was renovated in 1975 and a small self-catering house for 2 persons, as well as a private tennis court, the whole in the middle of a splendid park of 1 hectare.

At your disposal, 200 sqm for 6 to 9 persons:

5 rooms, 4 bedrooms, living/dining area with fireplace, kitchen area, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, shaded terrace. 4 Separate WC.

Dishwasher, freezer. washing machine, private parking and sheets and linen included, private tennis court, and television.

Sarlat is a medieval town, famous among other things, for its theatre festival. The Perigord Noir (Black Perigord), has plenty of cultural sites: fortified castles, Romanesque churches, prehistoric caves, and music festivals. The Dordogne and the Vezere rivers, very near, are very popular swimming and canoeing spots. A cycle track connects Sarlat to the beaches of the Dordogne River.

Beautiful location

  • 5 of 5

This home is in a beautiful location, a 5 minute walk into the middle of town, with bakeries, restaurants and Carrefour Express along the way. It is a lovely antique house, so has an authentic rustic country feel. The pool is brand new, very clean and had a retractable cover (useful if you have a child with you, like we did). Very much enjoyed our stay!

Calme et espace

  • 4 of 5
