Inside: 2 double bedrooms both with air-conditioning and one single bedroom. Kitchen, bathroom.
Exterior: Depandance in the garden (sixth bed) Kitchen,bathroom, verandas, terrace, garden with deck chairs and relax corner, barbecue and parking.
We provide: wiifi (free) TV, linen, crockery, appliances, washing machine, sheets, beach umbrella and deck chairs, bicycles for walks at sunset. All the spaces and equipment described are for the exclusive use of guests.Situated 350 meters from the sea in the seaside area of Santa Maria del Focallo (blue flag for cleaning the water and green flag for the shallow waters) in Ispica (RG), the house enjoys a privileged position in a quiet but central area, well supplied with services (supermarket, bakery, pizzerias, restaurants, bar etc ...), close to renowned tourist villages and places / schools for the practice of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Ideal for spending your holidays between relaxation and fun on the golden beaches of Marina di Ispica. At one km you will find Punta Cirica (charming place) A few minutes drive from the city of Ispica offers visitors Art Nouveau and Baroque architectural works, places of film fame and sites for nature hikes in the caves. A few kilometers away are the UNESCO heritage towns of Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Scicli and the seaside villages of Pozzallo, Marzamemi, Portopalo. Vacanza splendida e villa meravigliosa

Abbiamo trascorso 10gg fantastici in Sicilia e la villetta Villa Mary in cui abbiamo soggiornato per la durata della nostra vacanza è davvero fantastica. La villetta si trova in una posizione meravigliosa, tranquilla ed offre tantissimi comfort ed attrezzature (Macchina del caffè, Freezer, Sdraio, Ombrelloni, WI-FI, etc…). La casa si trova in una posizione che permette di raggiungere località come Noto, Modica e Marzamemi in circa 30 minuti. La casa è davvero molto curata e pulita ed Il mare si trova a circa 300 metri e si raggiunge in pochissimi minuti a piedi percorrendo un viale che porta direttamente in spiaggia. Vivamente Consigliata!!!!

Excellent séjour dans une super maison très bien située

Belle maison avec un grand jardin très agréable où on peut prendre ses repas en toute tranquillité. La maison comme le jardin sont très bien entretenus et extrêmement soignés.La maison est très bien équipée, d'une propreté impeccable, la décoration est soignée et la climatisation dans les chambres est très efficace. De plus accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires (gâteaux, Prosecco et friandises au cours du séjour). Propriétaires très disponibles et très attachés au bien être de leurs hôtes. De plus idéalement située, à 5 minutes de la plage et relativement proche des endroits touristiques. Une maison où on se sent vraiment bien.

Great for relaxing sea holidays a stone's throw from the sea.

We had dreamed of going to Sicily for a long time and for this reason we tried to choose the best and so it was, to not find unpleasant surprises. Highly recommended villa Mary. Home, cleanliness, comfort, availability and courtesy were impeccable. The house, the garden were like the photos, you arrive at the beach on foot in not even 5 minutes and you can easily reach the most famous places in south-eastern Sicily. Finally biscuits and prosecco were very welcome.

Beatiful

Maria’s house is fantastic.Located in a quiet spot yet so close to a lovely beach perfect for adult and children. The garden is wonderful the children played there and we relaxed. Very practical the outdoor shower.The house was spacious and VERY VERY clean.The perfect house as in the photo.The bikes were a beutiful idea we enjoyed a lot.We will return again

Soggiorno eccellente, difficilmente trovo un accoglienza così calorosa.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella meravigliosa villetta di Mary idelale per famiglie con bambini,si trova nella parte secondo me più bella della Sicilia.Una delle pochissime villette che ha un giardino grande che ci ha subito colpito e posto auto all’interno.Il mare si raggiunge in pochissimi minuti a piedi percorrendo un viale che porta direttamente in spiaggia.Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti calorosamente la simpaticissima e disponibilissima signora Maria e suo figlio Rosario.Davvero delle belle persone,ci hanno offerto pure il buon caffè siciliano fatto da loro visto che abitano in un altra villetta vicino e quindi sono stati molto disponibili dandoci tutte le informazioni del posto e non facendoci mancare nulla.Di notte si dorme meravigliosamente perchè le stanze sono climatizzate e quindi ideali sia per l’inverno che per l’estate.Una stanza si affaccia sul giardino e fa piacere avere una vista del genere.Abbiamo fatto colazione tutte le mattine in veranda,perchè ogni mattina al solito orario passa un camioncino che porta panini,cornetti e altro.Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca un pò di pace e relax specialmente per chi come noi arriva dal caos.
