There is a large sunny deck right off the kitchen and family room with a great view of the mountains and Air Force Academy. Outside the kitchen is a gas grill.

Between the kitchen and family room is a large dining table with seating for 12. The spacious family room is perfect for large gatherings and movie nights. The gas fireplace makes it cozy even on cool days.

On the main floor there is a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, sitting area and private deck with view of the Rocky Mountains.

Upstairs is a second master bedroom also with a private bath and large walk-in closet. Right next door, in the semi-private Loft Room is a bunk bed and deck with views of the Rocky Mountains and Air Force Academy. Two upper bedrooms share a full bath, with dual sinks. Great House With Lot's of Room

  • 5 of 5

We had reserved this house for my daughter's wedding and it was perfect to have family and part of the wedding party stay at. Lot's of room and Christopher and Sandra made the whole process easy. We would definitely recommend this house.

Garwood Celebration of the Family Matriarch's 90th Birthday

  • 4 of 5

The house was lovely and accommodated us well.....however, there are a few things that we didn't like....the fact that there was no a/c was a big surprise...we had to go buy box fans for more air movement in the bedrooms...the ceiling fans were nice, but just didn't keep us cool. It looks like you have someone taking care of the inside and it's very nice and clean....however on the out side in the back yard, you have some noxious weeds that are about 3-4 feet tall that should be addressed. We had to knock down two wasp nests....one was under the eave, and one was under the grill. The T.V. and that whole operating system with 4 remotes is very confusing to figure out....a simpler system would be nice....We found it odd that there were some things left in the refrigerator....so we took them out and put them in a cooler while we were there, but we put them back in the refrigerator....not knowing if that was the right thing to do or not. We loved being able to take our coffee outside in the mornings and enjoy the cool air and the mountain views with the AFA right there.....also the neighbors out walking their dogs was fun...several of the dogs came over to greet us, which we enjoyed as we are all dog lovers!! We hope that we did o.k. on the trash....we stacked it in the corner of the garage...but didn't see any big dumpster or recycling bins to put it in outside. Thank you for the place to stay...it was so much better than a hotel would have been for that many people.....

What a blessing!

  • 5 of 5

This home was the perfect space for our long week trip for a softball tournament. Even though we were a drive away from the parks we were to play at this was worth the drive and every penny. It was so comfy and had EVERYTHING you would need to transfer a big family from home to home in a whole other state! The views are spectacular and the bunnies and deer were a perfect touch to add to the Colorado scenery. The gentleman Christopher was very prompt with his replies and caring. The owners seem to take alot of pride in their property and making sure their guest are comfortable. Thanks VRBO for helping us find this wonderful home in such a last minute emergency.

Comfortable and fun house

  • 5 of 5

A group of us were attending a wedding near Garden of the Gods and stayed here for the weekend. It was the perfect place for us--comfortable with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone, great kitchen, and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. We also had a great time playing each other on the foosball table. Would highly recommend.
