Just a hop, skip and jump away from some of London's most famous sights, this quintessential Notting Hill townhome is a dream come true. Bursting with plush furnishings and colourful artwork – including a piece in the living room made out of footballs – this home is quirky and cool, with skylights upstairs letting in plenty of natural light. There's even a stylish patio off the master bedroom – it's the perfect spot for sipping morning coffees and evening cocktails. Right in the heart of West London, the location is spot-on.

Packed with distinctive features and original, carefully selected paintings and sculptures, this 3-bed, 3 bathroom west London home is presented to an executive standard, with attention paid to every detail from the style of the furnishings to the quality of the towels.

There are classic touches and modern luxuries throughout, not least in the living area which sports a modern fireplace surrounded by shelving holding some antique finery. There are twin sofas in here too, plus a pair of modern armchairs, all surrounding a glass coffee table and affording excellent views of the widescreen television.

Another feature you’re sure to appreciate is that as well as the furnishings on the floor, there’s plenty to be enjoyed on the walls of this west London home, with a wide range of stylish prints. There’s a really motivational message writ large on the wall of the galley-style kitchen, where you’ll find all the appliances and implements you need to cater for yourselves on those occasions you aren’t dining out. It gives you that extra degree of flexibility that you just don’t get when you book a London hotel.

Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a wooden table ready for a formal meal or a work session, or even something a bit less formal like cards or board games or just a takeaway.

Onto the bedrooms, of which there are three. The master features an ensuite with tub, wash basin and WC. The King size bed is supremely comfortable and presented in the style of a boutique hotel. Unlike the majority of hotel rooms, there are floor to ceiling patio doors in here that lead onto an outside area - what a bonus to have private outside space so close to central London!

The second bedroom also features twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double and the third bedroom is a smart single with skylight. The second and third bathrooms feature a wash basin and walk in shower, so there will be no queuing when you need to freshen up or wind down in this house.

Please note the house has 4 floors with steps connecting the floors. You will have full and exclusive use of this home for however long you book it for. There is a patio area for you and your guests to enjoy too, smart TV to connect your YouTube or Netflix to.

Dining destinations galore plus countless trendy bars and boutiques are within walking distance of here. Portobello Road, Westbourne Park, and Queensway are all on the doorstep. Go boating in the famous Hyde Park, and stroll in Kensington Gardens.

You have options aplenty when it comes to transport, one of the benefits of being right in the heart of London. Bayswater and Queensway underground stations are about a ten minute walk away, and from here you can access tube trains that will connect you to the rest of London, and fast. For example, Oxford Street is about ten minutes on the Central Line (that’s the red one on the maps) from Queensway.

The area is well served by buses too which, again, will take you in all directions, ideal if you prefer staying above ground. You can also hail black cabs or hire Ubers or local taxis to take you to wherever you want. Or, of course, you can always walk, as there’s plenty to keep you entertained close by.
Tube, train, bus, bike, on foot. However you prefer to get around, basing yourself here will give you easy access to all forms of transport. Notting Hill, Bayswater and Queensway tube stations are all nearby. Catching the Central Line from the latter will get you to Oxford Street in about ten minutes. Paddington mainline train terminal is nearby too, and that’s the home of the Heathrow Express, so it’s really easy to get from the airport to the apartment (and back again) if you’re flying in and out. The area is well served by bus routes too, and the London bike scheme has pick-up points close by. If you prefer getting around on foot, there are plenty of attractions within walking distance, including Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
