Sweet cottage in a beautiful location close to downtown.

  • 5 of 5

I stayed in this cottage with with 9 and 12 year old. It is a great location in regard to State street and the beach. I think that almost everything we did was within a 6 mile radius at most from the house. I liked the neighborhood we were in and really enjoyed running in the foothills. The cottage itself is very clean and nicely put together. The kitchen is well organized for a small space and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the rental

Sweet little spot!

  • 5 of 5

This cottage is a very nice space! My family of 3 enjoyed ourselves very much there. It was hot when we arrived, but the fan and A/C cooled it off quickly, and then the ocean breezes took over. We never could get the wifi to work, but that's not really why we were there. Beautiful location, but a little far to walk to downtown, so plan on driving. We were very comfortable there and loved all the furnishings and little touches of "home". Thanks for a very nice stay!

Quaint Studio Guesthouse

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I were in Santa Barbara for a friend's wedding and had a great time, including our stay at this rental.

It is centrally located, yet feels secluded.

It was clean, comfortable, and serenely quiet.

Great for a couple wanting to explore all that Santa Barbara offers on a weekend getaway.
