About tina bowlin
I love to travel and experience different cultures. The house has an authentic charm with items I have brought back from my travels.
tina bowlin purchased this Townhome in 2004
Why tina bowlin chose Old Village
This property is in a great location surrounded with diverse restaurants, beautiful parks and boardwalks as well as my favorite beach, Sullivan's Island. Isle of Palms is close by too. You can choose to bike or walk to these places and take in the beauty of the marshland.

Great House and Location, Location, Location!
Thank you so much, for making your beautiful house available. We greatly enjoyed our vacation and your house provided great base for exploring Charleston and surrounding attractions.
Any place we wanted to visit was closer that 20 min drive. Hunley Conservation Lab was 20 min and Downtown Charleston was 18 min. Sullivan’s Island Beach and historic Fort Moultrie were 7 min by car. The beach was clean and quiet.
The house was the perfect size for our family of four. We were able to comfortably rest and recharge. The kitchen was well equipped and supplied.
Overall it was very enjoyable experience.
A comfortable home....a convenient location
We stayed in this townhome in January and February as part of our winter getaway. It was the first time we had stayed in Mt. Pleasant and we quickly felt at home and found it a good jumping off point for our explorations. We enjoyed our walks around the Old Village, especially to the Pitt Street Bridge and the park at Alhambra Hall where we could watch the ships going in and out of the harbor.. Sullivan's Island was only a mile away and Downtown Charleston was only 10 minutes away by car. Publix and CVS were an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. The house was comfortable -- when there was just the two of us and when we had a couple of guests. Whimsical decor added interest to each room. When a few small issues/questions arose in the course of our stay, Tina and her dad were very responsive and quickly resolved any concerns. Thanks Tina and Tom!
Great Girl Weekend
This was a nice place to stay, beds were comfortable, adequate space with 4 of us and great location. If you needed it grocery, places to eat and drink were within walking distance. Uber was very reasonable to downtown. Lighting was a little bit difficult in the downstairs for working on a computer, but other than that we really enjoyed the weekend. Tina was very responsive to questions before, during, after the stay.
comfortable place to stay
very interesting décor and comfortable.
There are no pets or smoking in the house.
