Sea La Vie is a large 3 bedroom with 3rd floor bonus room, 3.5 bath luxurious beach home. This 2400 square foot home with private pool. This house is suitable for families with children up to 16 people.
The house is beautifully decorated, has amazing views of the beach and is fully furnished with premium furniture and decorations. The beach is just steps away with the beach access right out the front door. The house is located one house off beach and faces the beach so you have breathtaking views of our white sands and emerald green water with magnificent sunsets you are sure to enjoy. Relax and listen to the ocean from the large 3rd floor deck or enjoy hanging out and swimming in the private pool.
First Floor: There is a first floor bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and full bath. The first floor also has 10' ceilings, living room with gas fire place, large flat screen TV, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops.
Second Floor: There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The second floor has the master bedrooms, with king bed, flat-screen TV, large master bath with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub, and private 2nd floor balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, flat screen TV, pool view and a full private bath.
Third Floor: The third floor is set up as a 4th bedroom/bonus room with a large custom built bunk bed with two queen mattresses. The large bonus room has a half bath, wet bar, large flat screen TV and access to the large 3rd floor balcony with great views of the white sands and emerald green water.
The location of this beach house is one of its best features. There are many attractions just down the street. It is located in walking distance to St. Andrews State Park and it’s a short walk to Schooners, one of the best beach front restaurants in Panama City Beach.

This is the fifth year in a row that we've rented a house to gather four generations of family, and this is the only time we've been disappointed by the condition of the house. The front door was filthy, the oven and dishwasher too. Kirchen cabinet shelves were falling down, and the clothes dryer didn't work. The gas grill couldn't be used as the control knobs are stripped. The studio couch on the top floor was too uncomfortable to sleep on; we had to buy an inflatable bed to make up for that. Howevee, the location's great and convenient. The house just needs upkeep.

The view, house, location, beach, weather, and overall experince was beautiful. Only complaint i have is that the sheets and blankets had stains and needed to be washed in hot water. We would definitely come back. Did not want to leave, it was awesome.

We had a very nice vacation. We tested the capacity limits with 9 children and 8 adults. We had sufficient accommodations for all to sleep comfortably. It was well furnished and supplied. A Daughter-In-Law (who is a professional housecleaner) had some issues with deep cleaning and the wife related that the pictures of the facility "looked larger", but overall, it was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again, but perhaps with fewer children :).

We came down for a girls trip and the house perfect! Short distance to the beach, kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were all comfortable. All of the rooms were large and the water pressure was great!

The house is in a beautiful location but the house was not clean. The cleaners came back to clean the hair out of the bathroom and the oven (it was smoking from the built up dirt), but there was still black dust on the walls and coming out of the vents. 2 of the chairs at the pool were broken. I emailed the company, they said thank you but didn't come and remove or replace the chairs. You could not adjust the temperature of the house below 71 as the owner had it locked. Occasionally the air was turned up to 73 without us touching it. The pool is smaller than the photos, 3 adults and 2 children filled the pool.
