Despite only at two hundred kilometer distance from the megalopolis, our lodging stands amid deep wilderness, serene tranquility, dense woodland, rich habitat of wildlife, and fringed by intricate seacoast, of the National Park Special Reserved Area of Izu Peninsula. Therefore, more welcomed and suitable are never computer-game addicts but lovers of nature and countryside, as: backpackers, cyclists, bird watchers, and hermits(?), and also the salty-blooded as: surfers, anglers, seakayakers, snorkelers, and yes, sailors. We own 27 feet trimaran yacht, which is negotiable for charter (skippered).
Our lodge is all wooden. Time-weather-beaten for nearly 30 years, outer appearance has become more befitting to surrounding nature, embroidered with climbing roses. The balcony commands a superb view of the ocean where you have a morning coffee, with a shower of warble of birds.
Indoors are comfortably furnished, in a style of a seaman's cottage (since we are sailers) decorated with a huge steering wheel and an elaborate collection of model sailing ships, with a fireplace and dining room, a full kitchen, a home bar, a bathroom, an audio room with a keyboard, a library, and three twin-bedded bedrooms. All these facilities (on 2nd floor) are occupied exclusively for use of one group of guests.
In addition to these indoor facilities, the house boasts a beautiful large garden, consisting of a Rose garden (a hundred of roses are nursed) , an Orchard, a Bird watching hide, a Barbecue terrace, and a Camp site (there is one camping car for 4+ accommodation, which is available). Everywhere of the garden, you can observe a splendid glittering ocean.
Area of premises including lodge is 1600 square meters.
