SECOND FLOOR: The loft has a flat screen television with easy access hook-up for videos and gaming systems and a queen sleeper sofa, which provides additional bedding. A bedroom with king bed and private bath with walk-in shower and separate tub with French doors opens to the sun porch. Another bedroom with king bed and hall bathroom, with walk-in shower and separate tub, just outside its door also has French doors that open onto the sun porch. The third upstairs bedroom consists of two twin beds and a day bed with access to the hall bathroom and also opens onto the sun porch which runs the length of the home. The front-loading washer and dryer can also be found on the second floor tucked away in the laundry closet.
