Our Condo Unit #307 is the largest, most desirable, and top rated by past renters in our complex! We have owned and operated our condo since purchased in 2006. Our unit is 1500 sq ft spread over 2 floors. We have also the best location in Snow Blaze with an unobstructed view of Park City resort and Pay Day Lift right from our living room balcony. We just added another full bathroom upstairs and new flooring through out our condo. We have separate access from the loft and the King Bedroom to the Bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there are Two full bathrooms and 1 Master King Bedroom - Upstairs there is an extra large King bedroom and loft area where there is a pull out Sofa if additional sleeping places are needed.

We are Located across the parking lot to Park City Mountain Resort- which makes this the ideal location to stay in Park City. Only a three-minute walk to ski lifts, within walking distance of the free bus to golf, movie theatres, spa and historic main street where there are great restaurants, and shops.

The condominium is in a perfect location to take advantage of the free Park City buses which stops a half of a block from the condominium.

. Both king size beds have new Duvets and down comforters. There is a separate sitting area upstairs with TV/DVD and stereo in addition to the living room downstairs with TV/DVD and fireplace.

If additional sleeping space is necessary, there is a trundle bed in the upstairs bedroom . Also the couch in the loft can be pulled out to a queen-size bed. The other couch in our living room downstairs is comfortable for sleeping if needed.

The condominium was recently upgraded with wood floors, new kitchen cabinets and the additional full bath upstairs. We have granite counters in the kitchen and baths. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to eat at home. We also have new stainless steel appliances. Both baths have jetted tubs and the living room has a wood burning fireplace for those cold winter nights. You have a straight on view of the Swimming Pool, Hot Tub and Fire Pit from our balcony.

Our Condo speaks for itself as we have the most and best ratings!

We have lived in Huntington Beach Ca for 28 years where we raised our family. We enjoy traveling and spend most of our summers in Park city where we enjoy hiking, fishing and golfing.

Why John and Debi Rodden chose Park City

We came to Park City to ski and fell in love with the area. So one day when it was a massive white out and it snowed for 2 days straight and the powder was 2-3 feet deep we decided to look around at some properties for sale. We looked at many areas, but when we saw Snow Blaze we knew it was perfect for us. The location being a short walking distance to town and the view we have from our unit is breath taking. We also loved the ambience of a small complex. We made it cozy and perfect for ourselves and our guests as well. We hope they feel at home when they are there as we do.

Great spot !

Just across parking lot to pcmr so easy walk or just drive the car up. Can easily walk to restaurants or a $9 uber, or jump on free city bus every few minutes.

The place is nicely laid out and the king beds are perfect. I'd stay here again !

Perfect location, very comfortable accomodations

If you are looking for a condo where you can walk to the slopes (without paying thousands) this is the ideal place. The condo was surprisingly spacious and slept our group of 8 comfortably. The condo was very clean, the cooking utensils were in good, and the beds were comfortable, The hot tub could have been warmer (and a bit cleaner), however we still enjoyed it after a long day on the mountain. All in all, we felt this condo was a great value and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, spacious, very cozy

The location was awesome. It was a very short walk across the courtyard then across a parking lot (maybe 3 minutes total) to the lifts, which is super convenient. We could ski for a while and easily come back to the condo to rest and eat before going out for more skiing. It was also a very short walk to the bus stop (bus is free and takes you pretty much anywhere). The condo itself was wonderful. It was spacious, beds were comfortable, there were lots of towels (including pool/jacuzzi towels) and everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the decor. It was nice, but rustic/mountain themed and very cozy, quite suitable for a mountain getaway. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace!

Perfect location for skiing at PCMR

Our family of 5 had a great stay Snow Blaze! We had all the information we needed so getting into the unit and through the various doors/locks went very smoothly. The unit had plenty of room for all of us--lots of space for hanging coats in closets, luggage, etc, and it was very clean. 3 full bathrooms and plenty of towels was a real treat! We went skiing at PCMR and it was super close to the Resort and Payday lift, which was perfect! We mostly ate in and appreciated the spice cabinet and all of the kitchenware we needed. We had a fire 2 nights and really enjoyed it, and also the TVs worked great. We used the complex's hot tub as well with no problems and appreciated the beach/pool towels in the condo so we didn't have to bring our own. We also loved the bedding--so comfy! The only thing I would suggest that needs to be added to the listing is the height of the ceiling in the parking garage. It was pretty low, so our Toyota Sienna minivan with the Yakima storage topper on it would not fit. It was no big deal, we just parked below the garage in outside spaces. If we had known the ceiling height, we just wouldn't have used the topper. Also, to take a break after 2 days of skiing, we went tubing at Gorgoza Park--fun time! Overall a great stay in Park City!

Great location and great view of PCMR. Right across the street and easy walk.

Condo was in a great location - right across the street/parking lot from PCMR. The condo had everything we needed and was furnished nicely. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs loft/bedroom was perfect for my teenagers. We walked to Main Street one day (less than a mile) and took the free snow bus back which drops you right in the back of the condo. Thanks to Debi (the owner) - we had a little issue with the Wifi, but she was very responsive and fixed it right away. We would definitely rent this condo again.
