This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home was newly renovated and has all new furnishings. There are wood floors throughout the living and bedroom areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful stone counters and state of the art appliances, including Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer and a Wolf range/hood.

Living room with fireplace and two large guest bedrooms on the lower floor, with stairs leading up to a loft/family/tv room, master bedroom and another guest bedroom. Family room and 2 of the bedrooms (master and one guest room downstairs) each have their own TV. Wifi throughout the house. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and master bath has an oversized walk-in shower and large bathtub.

French doors open to stone set decking with grass inlay that surrounds a newly constructed salt water swimming pool. Backyard is very private and has a barbecue for grilling.

Home is 2,727 square feet and ideal for a large family or a couple smaller families or group of friends.

This home is located on a quiet, tree lined street in coveted Brentwood Glen, a neighborhood people often refer to as a "hidden gem".

A wonderful house in a great location

This was the first time my family and I had stayed in anything but a hotel on our vacations and we're slightly concerned leading up to it. Thankfully we need not be worried and we loved our stay in this house.

On arrival we immediately saw how immaculate well the house is looked after and how nicley it has been decorated. It provided everything we needed as a family with young children and has a homely feel.

Location wise it is in a fabulous neighbourhood and is fantastically central for getting around to all areas of LA.

Finally the service provided by Tara the house manager was fantastic. She was extremely friendly and very helpful.

When we return to LA this will be the only place we will stay

If you want the pool heated, there is a $30 per day fee from April-Sept and $50 per day fee from Oct-March.

We must receive valid identification (e.g. valid drivers license or passport) of all guests prior to arrival. Any renters using credit cards to pay for bookings will be charged any and all associated fees for such payments. The names on the credit card must match the name on the contract and the name on the identification. NOTE: there will be a 2.9% credit card transaction fee in the event a credit card is used for the booking. This will be deducted from the guests security deposit at the end of their stay. There are no fees for payments via wire transfer, Echeck or personal check.

House instructions/rules will be sent to guests a few days before check in. No keys are used as we have keyless entry locks.

We do not rent out for events and major parties.

All major holiday weekends between have higher rate (President's, MLK, July 4th, Labor, etc)

14% tax is for City of Los Angeles Transient Occupancy Tax

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
