In considering renting my home, please be aware that I do not allow any parties, receptions, or other events that brings in multiple people and vehicles. My parking is limited and the neighbors do not appreciate large, loud events on this residential street.

First Class accommodations

This property is special. It is located near both to I 85 and I 385, close to everything. It is very roomy in the kitchen, dining room, and living room area allowing for comfortable gatherings. The 4 bed rooms (including a gigantic master suite) are very functional easily sleeping 8+. The physical condition of the property is outstanding with tile and hardwood in the community areas. We celebrated our 50th anniversary there with the kids and grand kids. We felt very at home for the week.

I strongly recommend this property and have already made a follow up reservation.

Spacious home in a great location

This home is lovely and was just right for our small family gathering in September. The location felt safe and is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed being right near the little lake and spending time on the deck, too. The house was roomy and clean, and we were glad we stayed there. Highly recommend it.

Convenient to airport and downtown Greenville.

House was very clean when we arrived and was perfect for our large family visiting for graduation. Owner was very responsive to questions. House was only 15 minutes away from airport so very convenient for picking up/dropping off. Enjoyed the walking path in the neighborhood and the pool.

Wonderful girls weekend

Our stay at the waterfront house was outstanding. My family and I were very impressed with the house. The location was very convenient- 10 minute drive from Greenville airport, 15 minute drive from downtown Greenville and 5 minute drive from shopping.

The property was in great shape, clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable.

We enjoyed the pool and the walking paths around the complex. Renee even provided beach towels when I mentioned we'd be using the pool.

Fantastic stay- planning on returning soon!
