This beautifully restored Palm Springs vacation home, built by the Alexander Construction Company in 1958, offers comfort and classic mid-century modern style. You and your guests will enjoy spectacular mountain views, artful desert landscaping, recently updated bathrooms, and sparkling blue swimming pool.

When you enter the home you are greeted by the large, open, and airy great room, dining room and kitchen, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of friends and family.

You'll find the interior design of this home to match the era in which it was built, reflecting clean modern lines and bold colorful accents. Large glass sliders brighten the living space with the abundant Palm Springs sunshine.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter-top prep space for preparing or enjoying meals with friends and family, as well as all the utensils and small appliances you'd find at home.

The large private backyard offers room to spread out and enjoy time with your guests. Take a dip in the large swimming pool or relax on a lounge chair and take in the breathtaking Palm Springs mountains. Comfortable outdoor sofa seating off the master bedroom offers a private outdoor escape.

The backyard retreat also features many great living spaces and a cozy fire pit. You and your guests can prepare meals on the gas BBQ grill and enjoy dining outside under a canopy of stars. This fully fenced in yard offers excellent privacy and relaxation.

***Pool Heating Fee: During the Fall and Winter Seasons, there is a $50/day charge for heating the pool. If you'd like it to be turned on before you arrive, I will adjust your billing and you'll have to accept the Price Change prior to arrival. Please allow 36 Hours for it to warm up, so 48 Hours notice of when you'd like to use the Heated Pool would be ideal.

There is a Welcome iPad Mini in the Living Room with a Welcome Guide in the iBooks App.

The Minimum Age for Reservations is 25

**Local Noise Ordinance**

We ask for your courtesy and kindness in keeping noise to a respectful minimum, especially during evening hours.

When enjoying the outdoors, please be respectful of our neighbors who live here full time at homes very close to this home.

Please honor the city’s noise ordinance that prohibits unreasonable noise levels outside at any time.

The City of Palm Springs noise ordinance is vigorously enforced, especially after 9 PM every day of the week.

Any disturbances resulting in a call from a neighbor or Police will result in a minimum $500 charge toward your security deposit, up to and including forfeiture of lease with no refund.

Also, please know that the Police department also fines vacationing guest direct for noise violations.

There is also a limit to the amount of cars that can be on the Public Street (Maximum of 1 car per Bedroom)...make arrangements to use the Garage to avoid a Citation.

Hello ☺

My name is Michele and thank you for your interest in staying at my home. While I permanently reside near the Ocean in SoCal, the desert holds a special place in my heart.

Growing up, my brother’s and I considered ourselves desert-rats because we spent so much of our young lives with our grandparents who lived in Palm Desert. All our summers, holidays, and most weekends were spent splashing in the pool, riding our bikes around the neighborhood, and begging our parents to let us drive the golf cart around the golf course. Most evenings we would take an after dinner stroll to the lakes on the greenbelt to throw bread to the ducks and then return home to see how many crickets we could catch in a jar. Simple times, priceless memories.

So, when the opportunity arose to have a home of my own in the desert, not far from where I spent so much of my childhood, I jumped at the chance. My hope was to have a place where my brother’s and their children, along with my parents, who have now become the grandparents of the tribe, can continue our family tradition of creating desert memories. As a VRBO host, my hope is the same – to create an opportunity for those who stay in my home to create timeless memories with family and friends.

P.S. A fun little side note, my beloved grandfather, who was known for having a green thumb that could grow anything, even in the unforgiving desert heat, worked for Frank Sinatra at his Palm Desert Estate. Indeed! My little Italian grandfather grew Mr. Sinatra a vegetable and basil garden!

The uniqueness of this space is the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room with its open concept. An equally impressive backyard and a newly renovated pool and fire pit provides something for everyone. The BBQ and outdoor dining area are sure to serve up plenty of enjoyment during your stay. Guests have access to entire house, Washer/Dryer, etc. The neighborhood is just right for me, hope you like it as well. It's very quiet, friendly, peaceful.

Fun house with great pool

I stayed here for a long weekend with a small group of girlfriends. We loved this quintessential Palm Springs house! The pool and outdoor area were great and we really liked having a full kitchen and BBQ area at our disposal. The property is a on a cute and quiet street and just a short drive to downtown. Michelle was very responsive to our messages and accommodated a last-minute request for a late check-in. We would definitely book this property again.

Great place, excellent stay!! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Michele's place in Palm Springs. I highly recommend it as it was very well located in the city and met our needs perfectly. We have stayed at many different places in Palm Springs over the years, and this place certainly is one of the best. Working with Michele was a pleasure, easy communications, made us feel right at home and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Such obligation on the part of the Tenant shall exist regardless of any actual or alleged negligence or fault on the part of the Owner.   • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
