NOW WITH TV IN MASTER + SLINGTV!
Close to all the excitement in Uptown Charlotte, with sports, concerts and restaurants minutes away. No walls to share with neighbors, no elevator to wait for and no fee to park in our driveway!
Our completely remodeled bungalow is just over a thousand square feet, with two nice sized bedrooms and one bathroom with on-demand tankless hot water! The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept. Everything is new! And we like red.
The living room is open, with plenty of natural light from the front porch and side windows. There's a couch with a lounge seat and a slipper chair. We got creative with the coffee table. The TV has a Roku box, and Netflix and SlingTV are enabled - so you can stream and watch the best of cable TV. :)
The dining room seats four, and the white chest in the corner holds some games if you find yourself staying in for the evening. The kitchen is fully appointed with granite counters and stainless steel appliances - all new from Samsung. You've got everything you need to cook up a storm - dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. - bring it on.
The hall bedroom holds a queen sized bed, and the room is change-of-pace blue. Take a load off in the teacup chair.
The master sports a low-slung modern king-size bed with foam mattress and gel topper. The TV here is set up just like the living room - Roku with Netflix and SlingTV on and ready to watch! There's also a sitting area and the closet is all yours.
The bathroom has a dual-vanity granite countertop with twin pedestal sinks, and the shower is fully-tiled with a rain shower head. The laundry closet is tucked opposite the vanity. Towels and other necessities can be found in the hall closet across the way.
Here, you're close to everything. Drive anywhere in Uptown in a few minutes. Ride a bike and it might take a few more. Or, get your FitBit charged and walk it. You're 30 minutes from the baseball stadium on foot!
What's really close? The NC Music Factory, with bars, restaurants, the Comedy Zone and, of course, venues where a lot of bands come and play. The windows are all new, so they help dull the sounds of the band, if you're not into what's playing, and take the edge off the occasional train horn – close proximity to the city means there's gonna be a bit of noise.
Whether you're in town to check out Charlotte's microbreweries and blossoming food scene, take in a show from your favorite band, or head into the city for an important business meeting, this is your base of operations!
