Peaceful Vacation Home
Our family had to be in Seattle for an extended period due to some medical needs with the UW Medical Center. This house gave us exactly what we needed, with an easy commute to UW away from the freeway (20-25min); a peaceful and friendly neighborhood; and our own kitchen for meals. Everything was in good working order, with plenty of cupboard space and a little deck out the back door. There were people renting the level below, but the house has good insulation, where the noises do not carry very much. We did take the opportunity to explore a local dog park, great restaurants in Edmonds and even did a whale watching tour out of the Edmonds area as well - which were all very easy to access from this property. Even simple things like groceries, restaurants and gas stations are close and kept everything very convenient. A very peaceful vacation home for us during our stay in the Seattle area.
Nice place to stay for a long time
Beautifully remodeled in a quiet neighborhood with a nice porch for sitting on. The kitchen was well-equipped. Susan was very responsive to any concerns when they were brought up.
This newly remodeled duplex is conveniently located to freeway access.Shopping,restaurants,ferry,parks,beaches, and many other activities are a short distance away.
