About this property

Bright and well-kept cottage located on a large natural plot in quiet, scenic surroundings in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby a little north of Løkken. The house is located at the end of a cul de sac and thus completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized in 2012. It contains a living room / kitchen in open connection, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The living room is bright and well-appointed with furniture in the well-known Danish holiday home style, where the owner has managed to match new and retro furniture with a sure hand. The result is a very well-functioning living area with good light and very good space for cosiness and togetherness. On the terraces around the house you can stay undisturbed and find both shelter and sun. From here there is direct access to the large, completely undisturbed natural plot. For cheap heating, the house is equipped with both air-to-air heat pump and wood stove. There is a large extra fridge / freezer in the shed. Not for rent to youth groups. If you are several families who want to leave together, then the house next door can also be rented. See under house number 08439.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

War rundum zufrieden

Ich suchte einen Ort,wo ich einige Tage ruhig und ohne Stress verbringen konnte.Das Haus hat bessere Tage gesehen,aber die Lage war genau das,was ich suchte!Riesiges Grundstück,umgeben von Bäumen,keine Straßen,kein Lärm,keine Menschen,absolut fantastisch!Die Eigentümer wohnten in der Nähe,waren sehr behilflich und freundlich.Kann ich empfehlen,wenn Leute wie ich Ruhe brauchen.

Diese Haus nie wieder

Dieses Haus kann ich nicht empfehlen. Es war zwar inder Einrichtung alles da, aber alles schon alles rustikal. Man kann das ganze Retro nennen wenn man die Möbel von der Großmutter unterbringt.Was uns eigentlich wenig gestört hatte. Aber der Fernseher hatte nur ein deutsches Program was laufend weg war. Ebendso das Internet war nicht stabil. Was mich aber am meisten geärgert hat das uns die Endreinigung in Rechnung gestellt wurde obwohl wir das Haus so gut es ging gereinigt haben. Der Backofen war bei unserer Anreise schon nicht sauber(eingebrantest Fett).Ich habe bei der Ankunft das Haus vom Fliegendreck und den Grill über Stunden gereinigt . Ich habe den bösen Verdacht,das die Reinigungstruppe mit der Lupe nach Dreck gesucht haben.Mit DanCenter war nicht zu reden.Also nie wider diese Argentur. D.B

Nett eingerichtetes Häuschen in wundervoller Umgebung

Kleines aber sehr nett eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen komplett abgeschottet von den anderen Grundstücken, sodass man immer seine Ruhe hat und komplett relaxen. Die Ausstattung ist teils neuwertig und teils vintage aber nicht zu kitschig. Wer zu zweit die absolute Ruhe in wunderschöner Natur sucht und abends am Kaminofen entspannen will ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Weiterempfehlung
