The living rooms is cozy and offers seating for 6, plus additional sleeping for two on a sleeper sofa. Internet and cable service is included. This tranquil neighborhood is walking distance (3-5 blocks) from the best Sacramento has to offer, including Historic R Street commercial corridor, Safeway Market and shopping plaza, Midtown dinning, the Capital, and a 2 minute drive from the landmark Tower Theater. Three blocks away from lightrail if you want to be car free. Driveway parking is available for those driving in.
Guests have access to the entire house, driveway for parking, and back patio for relaxing and dining. Also, guests are free to explore and enjoy the garden.
I am typically available if you have questions. I am occupied from 9-5 from M-F, but you might catch me on the weekend. I am more than happy to interact and chat with guests, but I am also fine giving guests their space.
This neighborhood is very convenient. It's close to dinning, shopping, entertainment, parks and touristy activities, with the added advantage of being in a quiet residential block dotted with victorians and craftsman houses. If you decide to leave you car at home, you can manage fine here. There are many restaurants within a 10-15min walk from house, including coffee shops and other shopping. The Safeway super market is about 4 blocks away and Rite Aid pharmacy is 6 blocks away. The house is three blocks from the light rail station which is an easy link to the downtown Amtrak Station. Bicycling is also an easy way to get around since Sacramento is pretty much flat.
