It was clean and close to restaurants, beach and bus stops.
We were happy with our stay.
We enjoyed our stay. The condo is larger then the pictures show. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Although this unit did not have an " ocean" view..it is very convenient to the Beach..just a short walk and your there. The keyless entry to the unit was nice. There are 4 restaurants. 1 located near the elevators. Chart House , very good food. The other ones are located on the street level. .Red Lobster, Outback Steak House and a Pub. Outback has a very good Happy Hour menu . We were happy that the unit was equipped with the usual kitchen items that one would need to cook. There is not an oven..but we didn't need one. The cook top and microwave was just what we needed. It does have a full size refrigerator. We enjoyed cooking breakfast then hitting the beach for the day. We were lucky enough to see a taping of " Hawaii 50" which will air in February 2018..My husband was lucky and saw a small Sea Turtle while Snorkeling at the beach. We enjoyed watching the sun sets from the marina and the sun rises from the beach. A must see..the "sunrise" over Diamondhead. .so beautiful! The laundry facilities are on the 8th floor..it was clean and appeared to be new machines. If you are staying for a week or so there is a Walmart to shop ..We shopped there twice. Samantha and Robert were just an e-mail away if we needed them. We are very pleased working with Sam and Robert on our Vacation plans and would rent this unit again.
It's a quality setting. With a few irritating issues.
Shower drain backed up frequently. The Laundry- $4.75 a load, but no change machine
or credit card option. Dryers are frequently going out. All was clean. But,it's illogical to not have a change machine,particularly when so expensive,and in doing so it's skips a step in reconverting coins into dollars.
The Chart House is a wonderful experience. But,the $7.00 Margaritas are all ice,and two sips before one needs another. The music and breathtaking views are almost worth it.
The parking garage is very clean,and comparatively reasonable. The security staff is very attentive and congenial.
Centrally located. Much to do.
My kids instantly called it "Home away from Home!!...We all loved the place!
Sam is a great host!..communication is flawless! The place was exactly the way it is in the pictures and more!..Sam provided the supplies you could have not think of!..Kitchen is perfect complete with oven, microwave and ref. The location is very close to Ala Moana Mall which my kids loved to go to all the time. Parking is reasonably cheaper than hotels.
We usually stay in hotels and this was our first vacation rental and it was absolutely a better alternative! We will defintely book this place again! Thanks!!
Nice location. Rude owner. Average condo.
Our stay at this condo started rocky. We locked ourselves out within an hour of checking in. There is a keyless entry for the door but there is a second lock at the bottom and if you forget to turn the knob you will lock yourself out. I called the owner of the place and she flat out told me that it was my fault that I locked myself out. The owner Also yelled at the security guard who was attempting to help us for no reason at all because he did it have the key. After going back and forth she said she would take care of it. Locksmith arrived after about an hour. Stated that I needed to pay $196 which I did. He stated that the owner did not mention anything about who would pay for the service. I immediately texted the owner and she did not reply to my text. The following day I texted her again but she ignored my text as well. There are dents on the door frame suggesting that the door has been forced open before due to people locking themselves out. Why not just remove that lock! When I was on the phone I had mentioned that we did not have a comforter for futon and she rudely asked why I needed a blanket when I was locked out of the condo. Prior to my trip i had asked her if she had beach towels and she said yes. That was not the case. There were two big towels at the condo. One of the towels had stains. Thankfully I had packed 2 of my own towels just in case. The beddings are old and mismatched. The batting in the shams are old and tear off when shams are washed. Comforter is torn. Futon is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. It's impossible to open the patio door. Bath tub drainage is slow. There were no directions regarding location of laundry facility and trash chute. Owner claims that the condo was recently renovated. You can't really tell. Bathroom is outdated. Nice location though.walking distance to bus stop, tour buses, beach and the mall.

The property is located on the Marina in Waikiki. It's within 400 yards of the Ala Moana Mall and Park. Everything is within walking distance, and those that things that are not, well there are bus and trolly stops right out front.
