About the property

Our Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath 860 square foot newly renovated home away from home is extremely comfortable and the vibe is so relaxing. We have it all here at the house for long term stays. And we are so convenient to so much, literally minutes from the airport, a walk to the Lake with boat rentals, a fun restaurant (ship wreck cove) And only 17 minutes to the heart of Down Town Nashville! Master bedroom includes a super cozy king bed, and a twin day bed, the second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed closed off to most of the house but not long hallway. All mattresses are high end and extremely comfortable. The king is like a cloud and the queen is a bit more perfectly firm.

Our amenities include a fully equipped brand new kitchen, a washer and dryer, internet and cable TV. A high chair and a few items for young children. Outside we have a BBQ for your use, a HOT TUB! a back porch swinging bench and table and chairs. Less than a mile walk or drive to Piercy Priest Lake with boat rentals and ship wrecks cove, great Burgers and drinks right on the lake in the marina. 9 miles to the heart of music city, and 3 miles from the airport. Quiet and safe neighborhood separate, the vacation rental's entry is a bottom dwelling, the top half of the home is occupied by long term quiet tenants.

Pretty good

  • 3 of 5

The house was a good size for a week with a family of 4. If you want to stay in and not go out this could be small. Worked well for the trips to major sites and close to a nice swimming area. Hot tub was not clean and unfortunately the washer broke before we got there and was not able to be repaired while we were there. Had to hand wash and dry what we needed. Overall a good stay with a few hiccups.

Great weekend stay, nice area!

  • 4 of 5

This property was a great spot for our weekend trip on Easter long weekend! The house was nice and clean, beds were comfy! Had everything we needed to make meals. Lots of food and grocery near by. Went to the lake Friday afternoon which is a short 2 min drive for lunch at shipwrecks cove! Getting downtown was easy, we used uber and was around 15 dollars, don't take a cab, it's 30! The back yard was really nice to sit out in the mornings, and the BBQ worked great for dinner! THE ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the hot tub not being in good shape. We got in, but only for a few minutes since it was cloudy and had some stuff floating around and the jets don't work properly. We barely had time to use it anyways since we were out most of the weekend DT. The opry is also a close drive as well, went on Saturday night and had an amazing time! The hotel there is beautiful to walk around in! Overall great stay, just need to get the hot tub properly maintained!

Cheers!

Private & cozy

  • 5 of 5

Cozy basement apartment with private entrance & nice yard in the back. Perfect for our family with children! Furniture & beds were very comfortable, kitchen & household supplies were fully stocked for convenience! Very convenient to the sights of Nashville in an upscale community! If you are traveling with multiple adults, the 2nd bed is not a "private" closed in bedroom. The owners availability to communicate & answer any questions or concerns was fabulous and their hospitality was definitely southern! We would definitely stay again!

Great neighborhood, comfortable little place!

  • 5 of 5

This little place is located in the basement of a house, but it couldn't have been more perfect for what we were looking for. It has a separate entrance and we were never disturbed by the people above us. The neighborhood is really nice and we felt very safe. It was a short 12-15 minute Uber ride to downtown which was nice. The hot tub felt amazing, however it did have an unpleasant smell. There was no chlorine, which could have been the reasoning for that. Other than the smell, everything was PERFECT! I have already recommended this place to two other couples making trips to Nashville and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Nashville Getaway

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved this place. The apartment is beautiful and it is in a gorgeous neighborhood. It is located closely to the interstate so it is easy to get yourself to downtown quickly, often taking us just 16 minutes. The owners were easy to communicate with and were always quick to provide us a response to our questions prior to arriving. The place was very clean and you can tell that they take a great deal of pride in hosting guests. The hot tub out back was also a favorite of ours. Would recommend and hope to come back again myself in the future.
