Terms & Conditions of the Reservation:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The credit card you have provided has been billed an advance payment. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented upon arrival. A credit card will be required at time of check-in to guarantee payment and a $500 deposit will be held for incidentals incurred during the stay. A change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. Unless collected prior to arrival, on the check-in date the remaining balance will be charged to collect the total cost for the entire duration of stay. The credit card holder is responsible for any damaged or missing items, unpaid charges or debts for services incurred during the period of stay.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Late check-out or early check-in is on request only and not gu
aranteed. Early Check-in requests may be accommodated upon availability and may incur a charge. Check-out time may be extended up to 11:30 AM or 12 PM upon availability. Check-out time past 12 PM and up until 1 PM will incur a charge equal to 1/2 a day's room rate and past 1 pm will incur a full day's room rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We are unable to issue credit for early departure or no show. Your special rate is non cancellable. In the event of cancellation, if you have made a prepayment, we will deduct the amount from it. If not, the amount will be charged to your credit card. A change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
OCCUPANCY: The suite is an open luxury loft design with (1) king size bed and (1) sofa-bed. It is able to accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. Guest may not assign the Rental Agreement or sublease all or part of the premises without first obtaining Management's written approval and consent to the assignment or sublease. Any unauthorized transfer of interest by the Guest will result in a change to a higher rate in an amount at the discretion of the management. Parties, entertainment events, or photo/film shoot require prior management approval. In the event there is such unauthorized use, a minimum location fee of $2,500 will be assessed.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: There will be a fee of $500.00 for smoking in any area of the non-smoking suite.
KEY REPLACEMENT FEE: There will be a fee of $25/key for replacement of card access keys in the event a key is lost or the keys are not returned or left inside the suite upon check out.
