Very convenient but noisy.

  • 4 of 5

Great location, but very noisy from street and neighbors. Very accomodating for early arrival. Nicely appointed kitchen and living room. Bathrooms were a little below par, but adequate. Upstairs bedroom heating was very inconsistent, but comfortable beds. Used air conditioner to lower heat level in order to sleep.

All in all, would probably stay again, but in the other building.

Great spot downtown

  • 5 of 5

Ideal spot within easy walking distance to downtown. Perfect for 3 couples. Great cafe/wine bar across the street and having a french bakery beside it doesn't hurt.

We visit Charleston at least twice a year and this is our new go to spot.

Thanks for the hospitality Reid

The property was great! Location was superb!

  • 5 of 5

This is a great historical Charleston house. It was comfortable with 6 adults and well appointed. The weather was too hot to sit on the porch, but it was nice to have that feature available. No need for a car - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - we loved the location! I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Charleston!

Loved it

  • 4 of 5

This lovely house was as described and even better than the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic and meant we were in the heart of Charleston. Having a access to a carpark onsite was also great for when we hired a rental car. The company who manage the property were readily available to answer questions. Highly recommend!

Girls long weekend

  • 5 of 5

We had the pleasure of staying here for an extended girl's trip. It fit our needs perfectly! The location is the best there is - close to everything yet just off King Street far enough that we could enjoy sitting on the porch and chatting. There are simply too many shops, restaurants, wine bars, coffee places, etc.. near to begin to list them all. We walked everywhere (including over the Ravenell Cable Bridge!). From the Battery to East Bay Street historic charm and architectural beauties abound. We took a ride on a schooner to get a view from the harbor, did a kayak tour in the salt marshes and took an uber down to Folly Beach. The best part of each day was gathering back together in the "parlor" to enjoy the a/c and the conversation. (The hall bathroom is very small and there is no restroom upstairs for the rooms with twin beds but thankfully this wasn't an issue for us yet!) We used the dining room one evening to dine in after picking up dinner - it is a roomy rental with everything that we needed and more!

Excellent Location

  • 3 of 5

The location and one included parking spot are a MAJOR plus. The house is a little dated on the inside with moldy/small showers with weak water pressure, saggy mattresses on the twin beds and very slow internet. Overall, the location is incredible and the outdoor porch is nice for spending time, so would consider staying there again.
