I have lived in a nearby town for the last 15 years and know the area well. I prefer to meet all my guests personally. In addition, I am always available to provide advice and assistance by phone, before and during your stay.

Why Kevin Atkins chose Eastbourne
After a long search, I eventually found Harbour Break, a bright, airy, modern and comfortable apartment in an interesting and quiet location. The apartment block has a small ,clean entrance lobby, with stairs and lift to each floor. There is secure allocated parking on the ground floor via remotely controlled door, with access directly to the lobby. There are just 4 apartments on each of the 4 floors, with a carpeted lobby on each floor and secure access to the individual apartments. Many occupants live here permanently.
What makes this Apartment unique
The views from the south facing lounge windows and balcony are entrancing whatever the weather, and there is plenty of room to sit on the west facing balcony in the evening to watch the sun go down with a glass in your hand. Should you wish to go out for the evening, the local bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away, around the picturesque harbour. For other entertainment, Eastbourne offer a variety of galleries. theatres, restaurants, bars and shops and is easily reached by taxi. Close by are the Seven Sisters Country Park https://www.sevensisters.org.uk/ and the South Downs National Park.https://www.southdowns.gov.uk/

Is a great place to stay. Roomy, in a great location, very quiet. Had a great stay & would stay again. Owners where great.

A week in Eastbourne.
The apartment is perfect for a family staying a week or 2 in Eastbourne. We had no problems and can reccommend this property. There was even a complimentary breakfast (croissants , eggs etc) left for our first morning. 10 points!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub in Eastbourne
Wir waren hier für 10 Tage und haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist genau so wie hier beschrieben. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und es gibt genügend Schränke. Die Vermieter Kevin und Jan sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch Lebensmittel für eine erste Mahlzeit waren schon bereit gestellt. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Unser Auto haben wir in der Parkgarage gut untergebracht.
Von der Wohnung sind es nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Meer und zum Hafen mit schönen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In und um Eastbourne kann man viel unternehmen. Besonders schön sind die lange Promenade und das Pier. Die Wanderungen zum Beachy Head und Seven Sisters waren sehr beeindruckend.

Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger, angenehmer Umgebung. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Vermieter ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Lovely & comfortable apartment by the sea
We stayed in this flat for just over a week at Easter and had a wonderful time. The flat is spacious and perfect for a family of up to 4 as it has one bedroom with a comfy double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and the other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. There is enough storage space in both rooms for clothes etc. The main bathroom is also of a nice size with a bath tub with shower attachment. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything one needs to make hot or cold meals. The living room is comfortable with a good sturdy table and chairs for meals and two sofas for relaxing. Thanks to the two large glass doors leading out from two sides to the balcony a lot of light comes into the room and we particularly liked it to sit there in the morning looking out to sea whilst eating breakfast. Due to the balcony stretching over two sides you can also enjoy the sun outside in the morning or afternoon plus the view of the sea. :-)
Eastbourne has a lot of attractions which can be reached on foot or by bus. From the flat it only takes a couple of minutes to reach the beach and the promenade, or the outer harbour of the marina. If you are coming by car like we did there is a parking space inside belonging to the flat, this is however too small for very large cars. But there are parking spaces outside and nearby and we always managed to find one.
We had stayed at this flat in the past, which now has new owners. We are very happy to say that Keith and Jan made us feel very welcome and everything ran smoothly. During the booking process, travelling over and our stay messages where replied to promptly and Keith and Jan were there to meet us with the keys. We also had a lovely surprise waiting for us inside with some food and drink items for the first evening and something for Easter. We incurred no problems during our stay, but Keith and Jan did text to check all was well.
Due to this and previous experiences at the flat we would highly recommend staying here when visiting Eastbourne.
