Unit was clean and perfect size for the four of us. Lindsey at the front desk was amazingly pleasant and helpful.

Location is great, great! The bunk beds are uncomfortable

The location is great near slopes and pool/hot tub right outside the door. Downside is my kids could not sleep - the bunk beds were uncomfortable. Also there is no cleaning service during your stay so you have trash build up and dirty towels. There is not much provided- no sponges for cleaning dishes or dishwasher soap, one roll of paper towels, etc so you must furnish yourself. Toilet paper and Kleenex like sandpaper.

Great location

The location of this property was amazing. It's located right above the ski rental shop and is walking distance to Lionshead gondola. This unit is on the first floor so it has it's own entrance to the hot tubs. There is also a cleaning service that comes in each morning, which is nice. Lastly, there's a bus stop right outside this property that shuttles folks back and forth from Lionshead to Vail Village.

I'd recommend this place for both group or family trips. Can't beat the convenience.

I would have to agree that the location of the Landmark in regards to the pedestrian mall and Vail Mountain is as close to being ski in /ski out without actually being considered ski in/ ski out. Cancellation Policies:
Winter (November- April): Cancellations received more than 61 days are refundable less $75, between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival date are subject to deposit of two nights rent including taxes and fees. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of the reservation total.
Summer (May-October): If the reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to the arrival date, any payments received will receive a refund less a $50 handling charge. 7 days prior to arrival the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
