This is a cozy but complete upstairs apartment in my private home. This is not a studio apartment.

The apartment is a fully furnished all-inclusive space located moments off I75 at exit 110, Callahan Road; 6851 Ward Road, Knoxville, TN 37918, and minutes from downtown Knoxville, Market Square and the Breweries.

The apartment has its own private entrance, and off street parking. We are 'housemates' with privacy to each of us.

The apartment is perfect for travelers who want a home experience while staying in Knoxville.

The comfy Memory Foam Queen sized bed and additional bunk beds are of premium quality and are ready and waiting for you and your crew to crash into at the end of your Knoxville and East Tennessee day.

About Sheila

The upstairs area to this home was an unfinished open area when I bought this home. Every person, friend or family member, who came to see my new home would say the same thing when they were in the upstairs space 'I want to stay up here.' Thus began the upstairs apartment addition to my home.

Sheila purchased this apartment in 2005

Why Sheila chose Knoxville

I wanted all the benefits of living outside of a subdivision or a development that was part of an association. I wanted to feel as though I had a little space between myself and my closest neighbor.

Located 5 miles from downtown Knoxville, Market Square and the Breweries at Callahan Road at Exit 110 on I75, also, known as the Powell or Clinton Highway area.

A nice clean affordable place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay while we were visiting family in Tennessee. All we needed was a safe and comfortable place to spend the night at the end of the day and prepare a small meal here and there. It was very clean and cozy with everything we needed. The price was reasonable. However there were additional fees we were not aware of because we didn't know how to look for them. Even with the additional fees though I must admit it was still very reasonable. Our only negative comments are there was a shooting range next door which opened promptly at 9 a.m. so if you're not used to hearing gunfire it can be a little unnerving. Also the hot water in the shower ran out a little quickly so you just couldn't linger. Other than this it was a great place to stay and the owner was very pleasant and responded very quickly to any question we had. We will definitely stay again if the need arises in the future and would recommend it to a friend!

Owner's Response: So glad you enjoyed your stay. About the gunfire... The Moose Lodge is my neighbor. And, I must say that they are good folks. However, the weekly 'Turkey Shoots' and other 'Real Men' activities held at the lodge can sound alarming to a guest who doesn't know what it going on. Also, I would have gladly adjusted water temps to get Jeri and her husband ALL the hot water they could use. The apartment maintains a hot water heater to itself, we don't share hot water heaters, so once depleted, it has a 15 to 20 minute reheat/recovery timetable. Again, I so appreciate travelers such as Jeri and her husband, and I will work to meet ALL their comfort needed during their stay in my home. The Owner

Terrific rental - so much better than going to a hotel!

The apartment completely met our needs - we were 10 minutes from the convention center, but in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The abundant closet space was a real bonus! We would surely stay here again if we come to Knoxville.

Super deal! Great Stay.

Clean, comfortable, efficient

Comfortable bed and an efficient place to stay. No place to sit outside, barking dog all the time from people downstairs, as well as TV noise. No way to control temperature and the air was blowing the whole time.

I would stay here again because of price and bed comfort. I like having a kitchen, so it was better than a hotel, but lacks the comfort of a home.

Great place with everything that you need

I was here for an extended stay and the property was wonderful. Close to downtown and it had everything that you would need to live. 10 minutes from shopping and stores and 10 minutes from downtown
