Our home is a beautiful, well appointed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern duplex in the hip Highlands neighborhood just Northwest of Downtown Denver. This property has an open floor plan on the main level which adds to a spacious feel.

We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths. The master bedroom has an attached 2 sink bath and has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, one of which is a loft bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The fourth bedroom is in the basement and has a queen sized bed and there is a full bathroom there as well.

There is also a very nice backyard patio, which is shaded in the afternoon/evening. We love sitting outside in the evenings and enjoying some of our local microbrews and there is also an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals outside. There is a full kitchen with a gas range, double oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher and all the appliances and cooking utensils/pots and pans you might think of! The dining table seats 6-7 comfortably.

The unit has central heating AND central air conditioning which is a must during the hot summer months!

The location of our home can't be beat. It is a short walk (4 blocks) to Highlands Square, home to many restaurants, bars, boutiques, bookshops, and spa. Easy drive, bus, or $5-10 Uber to downtown, the LoHi area, Coors Field, Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium! Minutes to the freeway for easy access to anything else in Denver!

This place is perfect for couples who want to be close to the action but in a quiet place away from the center and also for families or groups! We have lots of games and legos for the kids to play with during their stay!

Just as promised; plenty of room for our three generation visit!

The townhouse provided plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for all of us plus a great kitchen! It was close to attractions for the children and easy access to the interstate. Even the neighbors were pleasant and welcomed us to the neighborhood.

Great House

Great location and a nice setup for 5 guys coming in for a Bronco's game. The house has everything you need and the communication with the property manager was very smooth. Very convenient to a ton of food and beverage options.

Super spacious and well designed home for a friends reunion trip!

This home is beautiful and super spacious! Additionally, it has all the amenities you would need for your stay - I can tell the owners really created a VRBO that lives like a home. There were plenty of towels and toiletries in every bathroom, more than enough outlets in every corner, and nice touches like mirrors and plentiful shelving for all our needs! The multiple lounge spaces and open floor plan were also terrific for my group of friends who spent a lot of time hanging out and catching up on the living room couches! The location is also fantastic - it's super near, walking and driving, to plenty of trendy and delicious restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, and breweries, and is in a cute and quiet neighborhood. I would totally come stay here again the next time I'm in Denver!

Great house in a fantastic location

A group of us had a great stay here. The duplex is in a location convenient to restaurants and stores, yet in a beautiful old neighborhood. Comfortable beds, especially great if you have kids to be in the kids rooms. The house has a nice layout and is well apportioned with things to make it fun, such as board games and a nice patio. Great communication with the property manager made for easy check in and check out. Big thumbs up!!!!!

Great home in perfect location

The home was great for our family. Roughly two miles from downtown and two blocks from a bunch of great restaurants. Home itself was really good. Well stocked kitchen, lots of space for a family including fun and roomy downstairs/basement space. Was spotless. Always easy street parking. Was really ideal for us. Recommended.
