Studio(Queen Murphy Bed) + separate 2 bed bunk area, 1.25 bath aths, (Sleeps 4
This bright, convenient unit in Telemark Lodge is just a short 3-minute walk from two of Copper’s high speed quad lifts. The unit is in a quiet end unit on the third floor. The new hot tub is just down the hall. Across the street from Telemark is Copper’s main village at the base of the lifts offering shops, restaurants, and other resort amenities. Tubing and snowmobiling are available close by.
The unit’s efficient layout satisfies all your short or extended ski vacation needs. It comfortably sleeps four people in a queen- size Murphy bed which quickly folds away during the day and two bunk beds. The bunk beds are off the entry which also includes a vanity/sink outside the full bath. The bathroom, entry and kitchen feature new granite countertops and new tile floors. The large entry can be separated from the main room with a sliding pocket door to allow children (or adults) to go to bed in a quiet but close location.
The unit’s main room has a large bay window with fantastic views of the slopes (see photo at left) - no need for additional heat during sunny winter days. Because it is an end unit, it also has large side windows allowing natural daylight throughout the unit. A gas fireplace provides instant warmth and a delightful cozy atmosphere. In addition to the cable TV with DVD and DVD/CD players, there are books and games to fill the evenings after a day of skiing. There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area seating four with views out the side windows. Internet service is available.
Just down the hall is the large newly refurbished hot tub with mountain views out of two-story windows. Snack/ice machines and laundry facilities are in the building, and covered parking in two heated garages is reached from the elevator area on the main floor. The lovely lobby with a fireplace and private ski lockers are also located on the main floor. A stop for the free Summit County bus system is one minute from the lodge so you can visit local towns without using your car.

Why Suzanne Hunt chose Copper Mountain
I bought my condo at retirement in Copper Mtn. It has always been my favorite ski mountain in Summit County. The terrain is wonderful and a favorite for locals.
What makes this Condo unique
I have a great view of the slopes from my living room/bedroom. I always know the conditions before I ski. I can watch the groomers at night getting the slopes ready for me in the morning.

Nice apartment, beautiful view, basic apartment amenities.
Location, location, location!! Just steps to center village and two lifts. Truly an amazing week! We cannot wait to return...
Good vacation stay near Center Village lifts
Property was as described. 5 minute walk to American Flyer lift which was fine. Underground parking was nice. View from unit was as shown. Worked pretty well for my family of two adults and two kids (10 and 12). The unit is a bit dated, could use new carpet, new tub, and the furniture is a bit worn. Beds were good and unit overall was quiet. The building itself is very well maintained.
Perfect for the two of us. Loved the fireplace and view. Murphy bed in living room was fine and there was plenty of space.
Older property but, in good condition.Nice view of ski slopes.
Cute condo, nice location
Nice property, affordable price during ski season. VERY close to Center Village and bus stop that takes you around Copper. Owner was very detailed and proactive in communications about the property. Overall I recommend it - here are some highlights:
Underground garage with direct access to lobby where there were carts for transporting luggage. Nice elevator access to 3rd floor. Unit was nicely furnished with a few minor notes below. Unit has bathroom sink area AND another sitting/vanity area with a sink - ideal if you have more than 1 person staying. Gorgeous view of the mountain!
Small 5-cup coffee pot, not really sufficient if you have more than one person staying. Some of the linens (towels) were discolored or stained but appeared clean. Water pressure in the shower is very weak. Temp of the water was good but there is low-pressure and a very small shower head. TV screen is small (maybe 24"?) if that's going to be a source of entertainment. Walls/ceiling are on the thin side, if noise bothers you. Not unlike a hotel, but important to note, if that's important to you. Closet space very limited, but good drawer space for folding clothes
The con's are picky but might be important to some folks. I was a party of 1, so I would stay there again.
The shower is fixed. The TV is 33 inches diagonally and a flat screen. Photo in add is old TV from 5 years ago. Will replace photo. No one has ever complained of thin walls since I have been renting it for 13 years. It is an end unit. Will remind housekeeper to get rid of any stained linen. Thanks for your input.
Woodward skiing and snowboard training are on site at Copper
