This spacious unit is decorated and furnished with flair throughout. The kitchen includes granite countertops, upgraded appliances and is fully-equipped, including a walk-in pantry. The dining room glass table seats four to six. The kitchen counter island seats two or eat in the breakfast nook on a cozy table for two. Of course, you can always eat on the lanai where there is a table and four chairs!
The living room includes two couches, to socialize, watch TV/DVD player or listen to the CD player complete with multiple speakers. The over-sized, L-shaped lanai adjoins and is fully furnished for dining and relaxation during a beautiful sunset.
There are two separate sleeping wings: the master suite includes a king-sized bed with TV/DVD player, desk area, walk-in closet, double vanity sink, walk-in shower, and separate commode room. The guest wing consists of two bedrooms and a separate full bath and the laundry room. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and dresser along with a TV and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed and walk-in closet. In addition, in this bedroom is a corner desk with printer, copy machine, and free high speed wireless internet connection.
Two extras in this carriage home are a beautiful foyer and a laundry room with full-size washer, full-size dryer and overhead cabinets. Enjoy the golf clubs (one men’s full set and one women’s full set), four bikes (2 men's and 2 women's), beach towels, beach chairs, and barbecue grill!
This unit is conveniently located on the ninth green of the Lakes golf course and within a short walk of the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and separate pool and hot tub area. In addition, you can use five other separate pool areas complete with a hot tubs, restrooms, barbecue grills and outdoor dining areas. Of course, the main pool is at the River Club along with the boat docks, beach shuttle, and fully equipped exercise facility. You will have a WONDERFUL PANORAMIC VIEW of the SUNSET, the Club House, and a lake between you and the ninth green. See all the bird life in and around the lake. You will also see an alligator from time to time-just do not go near it-they move very fast!

We enjoy the Florida lifestyle ourselves and want to make it availble to those who are able to rent for at least a month at a time.
The main benefit is getting away from winter weather. Not to be overlooked is visiting in the summer, spring and fall. Weather is great, and crowds are minimal. You can play golf at great courses for minimal fees. Shopping is wonderful as most things are on sale.

All cleaning, taxes and transfer fees are included in the rent quoted to you. Cleaning cost generally $125 per time; bed taxes are total of 11%; and transfer fees are $500.00.
Lease is required at time of reservation along with security deposit. 180 days ahead of occupancy, 50% of total is required and then balance is required 60 days ahead of occupancy.
