Why Kim Brix chose Eureka Springs
We purchased this property with our family in mind and converted it from a retail business to a nightly rental cottage for ourselves and others to enjoy. Besides family in the area, we are also attracted to the art and music scene in Eureka Springs.

Great place for girls weekend. Close to everything, quiet in spite of being close to street, easy parking. Had private areas but best of all we had spacious living room to gather and enjoy our time together.Thank you for allowing us to enjoy all the gorgeous glass works of art.
Bright and Bountiful Space
Great open space for visiting, relaxing and just kicking back. Very well decorated and kitchen with anything you might need. Close to all that is Eureka. 8 minute walk to MAIN Street. Bedrooms proximity not ideal for privacy, but not really a big issue. Family room area super with lots of comfortable furniture and great entertainment center. Everyone in our party agreed will stay here again.
