Hightop tables, game tables and leather chesterfield style sofas are set up for lively conversation by the fireplace or will accommodate a sizable crowd of guests for a gathering. A flat screen TV above the fireplace is great for watching the game and three doors open out to the pool area.
The 3,600 square foot pool area/courtyard is enclosed by metal fencing with three gates leading to the grounds. Lush tropical gingers, and foliage fill the area with a subtle perfume and provide privacy for the pool area from early spring through late fall. A covered area outside the bar/entertainment room is great for dining outside or on a rainy day.
The pool deck is constructed with Pennsylvania Lilac limestone. Natural boulders were used as a bridge leading to the integral hot tub and also as a diving rock. Stone barstools inside the pool are next to the hot tub.
A fire pit with conversation group furniture set up is in the plans for the area behind the pool courtyard on the way to the pasture. We allow fishing in our ponds which are stocked with widemouth bass and various panfish. There are times when we do not allow fishing or request catch and release.
