4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths Two Blocks From The Bay Beach!
About Kirstin Boncher
I ride my bicycle every day to Maidstone Park Beach and then swim at Flaggy Hole Beach.
Kirstin Boncher purchased this House in 2016
Why Kirstin Boncher chose East Hampton
Our house is completely renovated and spacious but the proximity to the beach is what makes it an incredible vacation home. I love the Maidstone Beach Community because it is close to East Hampton but the beaches feels more like Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket because of the natural landscape and the feel of the beach. I am a photographer/artist--although I have spent a lot of my recent time renovating our new beach home. We love the area. It is great for beaching, bike riding, running, walking and relaxing--and watching sunsets.
What makes this House unique
TWO beaches a few blocks away. Spacious, uncluttered, quiet home. Brand new modern decor and fixtures. Freshly painted. One block from a small country store and two blocks from a beach with a wonderful park.

Beautiful Beach House
We booked this house for a week in early September. It is very spacious, well appointed, tastefully decorated and perfectly located for a relaxing escape from the city. Frankly the house was too big for our little family (two adults and one toddler) but we won't complain about having so much living space and such generous bedroom/bathroom layouts.
A short walk down the street leads to the nearest beach, and a short drive takes you to Maidstone Park, which has sheltered beaches that were perfect for our son to experience the water without waves and lots of people. Beyond these immediate amenities, the house is close enough to East Hampton while being far enough away to feel like an escape. Springs is a very special and unique part of Eastern Long Island, that we would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the hustle.
Love this house. Hope that we can return for another week in 2017!
Excellent week in the Hamptons!!!
What a pleasure it was staying in this beautiful, newly renovated house on the bay side of East Hampton. Stylishly furnished and immaculately clean, the property was exactly as described in the VRBO listing and did not disappoint. The layout was comfortable and spacious and was perfectly suited to our family of 5. The open kitchen and adjoining living room/dining room made cooking and entertaining easy and fun. My husband and I loved the master bedroom on the main level, which gave us privacy from our three children who were happy to spread out in the other three bedrooms, each with flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom. Kristin, the owner, was wonderful in giving us an orientation to the house on arrival, and providing local information on restaurants, farm stands, beaches, etc. We enjoyed all of her recommendations, especially lunch at La Fondita, tennis at East Hampton Racquet, and kayaking near Springs General Store! We would definitely recommend this rental!!!
A three block walk from two different bay beach which is wonderful for biking, swimming and walking. Just renovated immaculate beach house with brand new beds, furniture and linens gives this beach house a hotel style feel. Bedrooms are all suites with their own bathroom. Large and spacious rooms. Deck with umbrella, lounge chairs and Weber barbecue. Includes optional 2 hours a day of maids service Monday though Friday. Basketball hoop in driveway. Small country market is a half a block away. Located in the Springs section of East Hampton near Jackson Pollock's historic house and the Springs General Store.
