- The apartment is in our barn/garage (that we use daily within respectable hours) on 20 acres. we are situated on Lookout Creek so bring your canoes/yaks or just swim. we are just 10 min away from cloudland canyon state park and hundreds of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails on lookout mountain. we are also only 20 minutes from all that downtown Chattanooga has to offer.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals

Great getaway
We loved this barn apartment. Cute and clean just right for our needs. Great views and quiet. Hali checked with us to make sure we had everything we could need from propane for the grill to firewood for the outside fire pit. Property is very clean and appears new. The have added WiFi and a fire stick recently. We defiantly plan to come back and stay again.

My friend and I came here for a girls trip! It is so nice inside and Out! The owner is very nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and also helped us with recommendations on places to eat and see! We can’t wait to come back!
Cute Farm House
We had a great time. The owners were extremely nice. The place was very clean and comfortable. It's on a beautiful property with cows and horses. close to all the attractions. The only complaint was they don't have cable and only cbs and mystery channels on the antenna. I would recommend a smart TV so people could watch their Hulu or Netflix but other than that it was really nice. We would stay there again if in the area.

What a wonderful experience!! Clean, cute rental. So relaxing after hectic holidays! Kind, caring and patient owners. Farm pets a bonus! Would recommend for couples and small families. Close to Chattanooga and fantastic outdoor experiences like Cloudland Canyon, Point Lookout, Little River Canyon and DeSoto State Park. Great value!!
