Excellent for a family vacation

  • 4 of 5

This property had everything that you could possible want for a family vacation. The owners had provided plenty of everything. It was a very relaxing place to be and the hot tub and fire pit were especially appreciated. Only negative comment is that domestic water was not the best, but unlimited bottled water for drinking and cooking was available. 10 of us stayed and we all enjoyed it. The property could easily have accommodated 14 without any problems.

Best Lake Front Home in CO!

  • 5 of 5

We have been coming to this lake house for 8 years now. It is by far our favorite place to vacation. The house is beautiful with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The private dock, hot tub and fire pit are just some of our favorite amenities. The owner is amazing to work with! LOVE this location!

Fantastic place

  • 4 of 5

We held a wedding here and it was the best place we could have ever imagined. Everyone who couldn't drive home stayed in the house. The views are incredible.

The one drawback was the sulfur smell from the septic tank and the house water smelled with a weird yellow color. We made do with provided filtered water.

I would still highly recommend this place to stay. Gina (homeowner) is very down to earth and awesome to accommodate us.

Comfy, cozy, and beautiful views

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing stay here! Worth every penny! We are so happy we stayed in Heeney rather than in Silverthorne or Frisco. We spent most nights hanging around the fire place and spent some time in the hot tub. Kitchen has everything you need & more. Plenty of space for everyone! The views are breath taking. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Colorado! This is a beautiful log cabin!
