The Port House is aptly named because when you are sitting on the back deck or working in the kitchen, you might look up to suddenly see a huge ship sneaking by. The Port House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that has been updated inside and out and has water views of the shipping channel. Its surprisingly fun to watch the ships dance around each other and most come in as quiet as a ghost right out of the back door. If you are sensitive to an occasional horn or a chain clanking in the distance, this house may not be for you & invite you to look at our other homes.
Tastefully completed with fresh paint inside and out, fun nautical decor and furnishings, new durable wood laminate and hard wood floors. The large fully fenced backyard and deck has plenty of room for outdoor fun, BBQing,or relaxing. The Port House also has a large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and a convenient in house laundry. Heavenly memory foam mattresses, hotel style linens and cozy quilts and blankets will cast your troubles away in the stars at night.
When venturing out, The Port House is minutes away from The Kemah Boardwalk, Sylvan Beach Park, Houston Yacht Club, the Bayport Cruise Terminal, The San Jacinto Monument, Space Center Houston and much, much more! The new Maritime College is less than a block away.
