HD TVs in the living room and each bedroom. DIRECTV, HBO, Netflix and high-speed internet. Deluxe washer and dryer in downstairs laundry area. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds with private access to each bathroom and large closets. This home, built in 2016, is light and bright both downstairs and up. Large deck in back with seating for outdoor dinning away from street noise. The second floor balcony overlooks Simonton St. and the Duval Square Shopping area. Close to dozens of fine restaurants, upscale shopping and numerous art galleries. We're part of the Southernmost Cabana Resort which is a 21 unit enclave with covered parking and a secluded pool located in the Gallery District of Duval Street in the quite section of Old Town. All of Key West is an easy walk in any direction. We are in the middle of some of the finest dinning and art galleries in all of Key West. We are a pet-free rental so leave Fido at home .

New property well appointed and well supplied with consumables - Great location!

This condo is brand new and everything works like it should. Wonderful beds and plenty of towels etc. Closets were large with an abundance of nice clothes hangers. Floor is ceramic tile which is easy to care for. Laundry was brand new washer and dryer on first floor. Three TVs with Direct TV, main floor and in each bedroom and great Internet service. If you have "TV to Go" Aps it worked well for us. This place has great location within walking distance of Duval Street, but we enjoyed the restaurants just across Simonton. The bedroom on the courtyard side of the condo is very quiet. The landscaping is beginning to hit its stride with many neat plantings. The interior deck is wonderful for breakfast or reading. You will not be disappointed.

Paradise at Casa Principessa

Location, location, location...the best part of staying at this condo is its location one block off Duval, and being able to stand out on Simonton at Virginia and turn left and see the ocean, or walk literally 10 feet to the right and hop on the free! Duval loop bus. The condominium grounds are quiet and well maintained, with the pool oasis a great place to cool off or just read a good book. The interior of the condo is modern, new, and pleasing to the eye. The kitchen is well appointed and plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, etc. The bedrooms, which really are two ensuite masters with great closet space, are the largest we have ever rented. With a month's worth of clothes and toiletries this was very much appreciated. Plethora of towels, sheets, and toiletries (toilet paper) were also very much appreciated.

Cons: The front door, being right at the cross section of Simonton and Virginia, needs blinds. At least 3 times we noticed folks stopping outside the condo and lingering and the view inside invites this. More hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels or wet bathing suits are needed; we ended up buying a towel drying rack and bequeathing it to the condo. The floors upstairs and downstairs need a professional cleansing, we couldn't keep up with sweeping or vacuuming them and noticed our bare feet or socks would be black in no time. Also, a second set of bathroom rugs would be good as a month with one set is a little much and we didn't feel comfortable washing them. Didn't like finding out in the Casa P book of rules, that electric bill over $150 would be billed to us, this should be stated in the initial VRBO offering. We have no idea what our electric bill would be, but certainly kept the ac at lower than 78.

All in all, we really loved staying at this condo. The increase in price for next year, and the fact that it is already rented, takes us out of the running to be a repeat renter but we would whole-heartedly recommend staying here.

Location was the Best & House was Perfect

I needed a reboot for my life. Get away from reality for a short bit. The house is literally one block from Duval Street in Old Town. This made for walking around much easier to get to practically anything. It's located right near a Conch Train stop for a great tour and several terrific restaurants.

The house itself was impeccable. Nicely decorated and the right size for me and visiting guests. The owners were quick to respond to any requests/issues. Since I own a company, I had to have at least 3 to 4 hours of work on various days. The counter proved suffice for having my laptop and getting things done. Having a full kitchen was great for when I wanted to eat in.

They have a wonderful welcome guide that proved useful for figuring out where to have my first meal before I could venture out. Great tips, too. I loved, loved, loved my time here. When I left, it felt like I was leaving my new home. Would definitely consider renting this house again.
