"Beach Oasis" is a chef's dream with all Stainless Steel GE appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, gas cooktop and everything you need to entertain and prepare a gourmet meal. If "Grilling" is your thing, then just step out on the back porch and your Coleman gas grill awaits.
This open floor plan boasts 10' ceilings, plenty of windows allow for "natural" light throughout the day. Enjoy a show or movie on the ultra high definition 50" television. Play a game of "Scrabble" or read a book. The home is stocked with books and games for the whole family to enjoy. The Master suite offers a king bed, 48" high definition television with DVD and cable. The second and third bedrooms are appointed with queen beds.
"Beach Oasis" has easy access to the 5000 square foot resort style pool. Hop onto one of the bikes and explore 18 miles of bike paths along 30A. Enjoy a scenic ride to the beach or a visit to Seaside.

About Louis Lee
We grew up vacationing in the Panama City and Destin areas. We were once part of that 'rowdy crowd of spring breakers.' It wasn't until after we had children that we discovered 30A. We have been vacationing here ever since. We love that the 30A is more family oriented and find that it is much more in line with our Christian family values. Ironic how we have evolved. What we once loved, we now loathe.

Why Louis Lee chose Santa Rosa Beach
This is our second home along 30A. We wanted a quality property with great amenities, but what really drew us to Prominence was its location. We wanted to be close to what was happening in the area. The "Hub" certainly fits the bill. There is always something happening whether it is a live concert, sporting event or movie on the 40 foot screen. There are plenty of great eateries and boutiques to explore.
What makes this Townhome unique
Great location! The "Hub" is just across the street. Seaside, Watersound, Alys and Rosemary beach are all within a 10 minute drive. Deer Lake Park is a 5 minute bike ride as is the beach. The community offers a free beach shuttle from Memorial Day through Labor Day as well!

Nice, spacious, well kept
Our family had a great stay at the Beach Oasis. The house was nice, spacious and well kept. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool area. The pictures do not do it justice. Being across the street from the HUB was a great perk for shopping. Since we came in October, there were a number of places that had closed for the season however. We also missed the beach transportation, but we were able to drive and enjoy a lot of wonderful time at the beach. Neighborhood is in between Seagrove and Alys beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Oasis. The property was well maintained and clean. We did contribute some measuring cups and a dust pan as those were not available. The only other suggestion is to provide some blankets or recommend that they be brought as the beds have a sheet and a light quilt only. The complex was very well maintained and loved the pool. Never really crowded. The beach is about a 1 mile drive to the state park and then a 1/4 mile walk on the boardwalk. Very easy overall. The beach was never crowded in our area compared to the beaches on down. The owner was available when needed as slight miscommunication on the codes to get into the house and pool. Bikes and helmets were a plus.

My family was very pleased with our stay at Beach Oasis. When we arrived, the code to the door didn't work so we called the owner. He picked up right away, quickly resolved the issue, and got us the right code. The fact that the owner was so responsive is an important aspect of picking any rental since unexpected issues can always come up. The home was immaculate when we arrived. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. There were bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few beach toys for the kids. The shuttle to the beach was very responsive whenever we needed it. The pool was awesome. Overall, this is a great home for families who want a Florida vacation. I would highly recommend it.
We enjoyed a week in this unit - 1 section of a triplex. We visited during spring break, which is a very busy time in this area, but never felt like the area was overcrowded. Kids could play outside and easily ride bikes, plenty of room to run around. The pool was a short walk down the road, we often went back to the house for lunch without a problem. The pool was never too busy, just active enough to be fun! Pool was well kept and bathrooms were clean there too. The Hub is across the main road, still an easy walk for dinner or a movie night on their big screen. Finding easy beach access was a bit difficult because we preferred to walk, but we were able to find a nice quiet beach after a bit of searching and a long walk.
A few things to prepare for that shouldn't be discouraging from renting this property, just a heads up! The balcony above the garage in the photo does not belong to this unit. There is a nice balcony on the backside of the property though. Supplies provided are very slim: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, tiny bottle of dish soap, a couple of laundry soap pods and zero dishwasher detergent. Again, not a bad thing, just prepare to bring your own. There were hotel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and mouthwashes in the bathrooms which was nice. Also, zero salt, pepper, coffee filters, basic things of that nature. Not an issue, but we usually find those things in the places we've stayed in the past. I just had to make a few extra trips to the store because I was a little unprepared for those things.
Overall, it was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!
We spent Presidents Day weekend here and loved it! The home was spotless and had all of the comforts of home. We loved the beautiful pool and the short drive across the street to the Deer Lake State Park beach. It felt like a secluded, private beach and was simply gorgeous. We love the location of Prominence, as it is in between Alys Beach and Seaside, our favorite spots to have dinner and shop. Thank you!

Additional information about rental rates
The refundable security deposit of $150 is required for use bikes, helmets, beach chairs, umbrella, umbrella stand, linens and garage remote. This security deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out after verification that there are no additional charges due to loss or damage of these items and/or excessive cleaning needed. Holiday upcharge $125 for New Year, Memorial Weekend, July 4th week, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
