Jacques Cousteau once said... The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever. Like the sea, 112 Grand Pavilion will hold you and your family in wonder forever while celebrating precious time together in Wild Dunes Resort. 112 Grand Pavilion is truly a unique home. Its location is one of the most desirable on the Isle of Palms, oceanfront with direct access from its deck to the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. Your family will marvel at the wonder of the ocean with views from both the living area deck and the master bedroom. With direct access to Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, your children are only steps away from two oceanfront swimming pools, a beach cafe, surf shop, and ice cream parlor. After spending the day in the sun and surf, your family during the summer months will be able to relax on the deck of 112 Grand Pavilion and enjoy live entertainment that is featured in the evenings on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. With the beach, swimming pools, dining options, shops and entertainment steps away from your home at 112 Grand Pavilion, your family will never need to leave the house throughout your vacation on the Island.
Another unique aspect of 112 Grand Pavilion is the care and attention to detail that Dr. and Mrs. Raoult provide their home. This wonderful property is more than a vacation home to the Raoults . They have personally chosen each piece of artwork, many of which are from local artist in the Lowcountry, created internet work areas in each bedroom, so all family members can work and play on the internet comfortably, and purchased fine furniture for the entire house from Ethan Allen. Recent upgrades include granite kitchen countertops, flat screen televisions throughout the home, new mattresses in each bedroom and comfortable deck furniture.
The bedding selection in 112 Grand Pavilion is perfect for your family and can comfortably accommodate 10 adults. Each bedroom features a private full bath. On the first living level of 112 Grand Pavilion the bedroom features two queen beds. The second living level features an oceanfront bedroom with two queen beds and second bedroom with a king bed. The master bedroom is located on the third living level of the home and features a king bed, oceanfront deck, spacious walk in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with an oversize shower and separate bathtub. Unlimited long distance phone calls in the United States and Canada is also a new feature at 112 Grand Pavilion along with cable high-speed wireless internet service.
The Grand Pavilion Boardwalk is the heart of Wild Dunes and is used (based on season) as a venue for special events hosted by Wild Dunes Resort Catering Team. Where a schedule is not available to the public, Wild Dunes is required to have a swimming pool available for guest access at all times.
Let the sea cast its spell on you and your family while enjoying a vacation at 112 Grand Pavilion. The memories that you net will be a wonder forever.

The Isle of Palms, like all barrier islands, has a dynamic beach near the inlet that separates the island from Dewees Island. The ebb and flow of the changing tides, through the inlet, creates and moves sand bars just off shore. These sandbars will channel waves between them, resulting in the massive buildup of sand along portions of the island where other areas may develop temporary erosional hot spots. These hot spots will feature a sand beach throughout the day outside an hour or so before and after high tide. Where a dry sand beach may be limited in these few areas at high tide, walking either direction will lead to an area where the sandbars have created an expansive beach to enjoy at any tide.

Our family absolutely loved the location of this property! The patio gate opens right out onto the pool deck. The beach bar and grill is right here and then just a few more steps to the beach! What could be better? Perfect for grandkids so they have the close option of pool or beach. Plenty of room. Perfect!
If you want a place in the middle of everything Wild Dunes has to offer, this beach house fits the bill. We enjoyed having the pools, bar/grill and beach right outside our door. It did, however, cause some problems at bedtime as the live music continued until 11pm. The house is nice but the living/dining/kitchen area is pretty small (we had 6 adults and 3 small children in our party). What bothered me the most was having to climb so many stairs to get to our bedroom. From the bottom level where we parked, there were 9 sets of stairs for us to get to the top level bedroom. Carrying suitcases, etc. up and down the stairs was not fun! For the price we paid, I expected a little "higher end" furnishings and bathrooms. It was an enjoyable trip, but I would probably choose accommodations elsewhere in the resort if I had it all to do over again. Other family members rented a house about one row back and had a lot more room for the same price. I know we paid a lot for an "ocean front" house, but you could only see the ocean well from the very small third level balcony which was too hot to use most of the day.
We have been vacationing in Wild Dunes for years. This amazing Boardwalk home is perfection and by far our favorite rental ever. The decor is so calming and tasteful and the location is outstanding. Walk out your porch and you walk directly onto the Boardwalk of the Grand Pavillion. Take your pick of two ocean front pools that are steps away from the porch. The ocean views are absolutely amazing and the restaurant/bar/entertainment is the best. This home has it all - location, views, comfort and style!
Great location and great house. We enjoyed our week long trip with friends and family. We loved being so close to the boardwalk, pool, and beach!
My girlfriends and I rented this property for one week in October 2013. We were very impressed with the property. It was very nicely furnished and maintained, excellent location on the beach and also overlooks the pool. We could not have been happier with the property.
