About Dana Wallace
You might say Brian and I are the typical 80s kids. Born in 1971 we were raised in East Texas as low to middle income families who believed in hard work and integrity. We both attended Palestine High School. Our vacations consisted of time spent at the lake enjoying a picnic, fishing, and skiing. Brian has worked for Walmart for over 20 years and I have worked for an oilfield service company for more than 20 years also. We now live in the small town of Arp. We love to visit our lake house, go to the mud park, and visit Colorado and any beaches. One day we may retire to Lake Palestine and enjoy the little things in life. Our dream is to flip houses and have our own business doing that.

Why Dana Wallace chose Chandler
When I first drove up to this property for sale I could see its full potential. The lake views are panoramic. No property has a big fence or boathouse blocking the view. The shoreline reminded me of my childhood when we would go the lake and park on the shore and walk it collecting treasures I found. The grass is thick and soft and when you are at the water it is so peaceful. You can see a storm coming for miles! We have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the progress of our renovations and updates. I plan on making this property like a garden of Eden(in my mind at least)
What makes this House unique
The unique benefits to this property is how much land you have on the water. There is room to play horseshoes, washers, and volleyball at the same time. Being able to wade into the water is a perk especially with kids or grandkids. The area is sandy and shallow at the shore. You can walk out about fifty yards from the pier and still not be over your head. If you are bringing a boat you can pull your boat right into the shore so need to worry about rough waters. There is a public boat ramp at Flat Creek bridge less than a mile away. The neighbors are friendly and a group of geese come to the house for treats every morning. You can fit 8 people comfortably so this is a bargain with a view!
