Our recently completely remodeled 2 bedroom condo is your dream Rockies Retreat.

This spacious unit has all the comforts of home and a GORGEOUS view of the mountains. When sitting on the large balcony you get a direct view of the Three Sisters Mountain Range.

Free WIFI

The kitchen has a brand new stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave--- and is fully stocked.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with new flatware, dishes, coffeemaker, spice rack, select condiments, and wine glasses.

In suite laundry, fireplace, plus a large covered balcony with natural gas BBQ and gorgeous mountain views are also yours to enjoy.

Enjoy a swim in the outdoor heated pool (open year round) or relax in one of the 3 hot tubs on the property.

You will also have access to the indoor fitness centre and first come first serve underground heated parking.

The lodges are located a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk on beautiful forested paths to the town centre, with multiple restaurants and shops to enjoy.

At your doorstep is some of the finest hiking, cross country skiing and mountain biking in the Rockies.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32 inch flat screen TV with a full ensuite bathroom.

The family friendly second bedroom has a queen size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and a large closet.

The living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV with a brand new sofa bed (with a queen size pullout) and brand new loveseat.

There is a large eating area that easily accommodates 6 ppl for dinner.

The condo and the entire complex is non smoking.

Pets are not allowed in the condo.

My husband and i have lived in the calgary region our whole lives and have been enjoying the bow valley for many many years.

We have two young boys and we spend a lot of time hiking, biking, skiing and exploring the Bow Valley.

We rent out this property, but we also use it for our own personal use.

I manage and clean the property myself.

Perfect home from home!

We stayed here for 2 weeks over Easter. Upon arrival the property was spotless. There were clear instructions for everything. Wifi was good. Loads of towels. Everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a real bonus as we came home with no washing to do. The bed in the Master bedroom was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in in my life - it was a shame I had to get out of it every day to go skiing! The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly (as was everyone in Canada). The hot tub was a real bonus. There was plenty of parking, we were never unable to find a space, even though this was a busy time of year. The view was beautiful. I can't really think of any negatives. I would love to stay here again if we come back next year. Camille the owner was very communicative and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice, clean condo's in a beautiful location

We rented two condo's for 4 couples and we had a great experience with the condo's and the Canmore area. It was nice to have an "adults only" hot tub away from the pool which we utilized. We had a glitch in our reservation that Camille notified me about. Camille was upfront in her communication and went out of her way to make it right. We would definitely stay again when we return to the area.

A lovely home away from home!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lodges at Canmore. Camille's thoughtfulness is reflected on all the conveniences she has in her lovely apartment, from the well-equipped kitchen to detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer. The apartment is quite close to nearby grocery stores: Save On and Safeway via a very serene hike & bike trail. Truly a gem and less hectic than staying in the Banff area. Thank you Camille!

Great location

We stayed in this unit for 7 nights in July. We were very glad to have chosen Canmore over Banff (what a ZOO Banff was!). We did 3 trips to the Lake Louise area, 1 trip to Banff and 1 long day of driving to the Columbia Icefields; this was all manageable with Canmore as our "base".

Beds were comfy and we were glad to have 2 rooms so our adult daughter was as comfortable as we were. It was also nice having 2 bathrooms for the same reason.

The pool is directly below the little outside patio of this unit. We often had the patio door open to cool things off inside and we always heard the happy voices of kids playing down at the pool (quiet hours begin at 10pm, I believe, and we never heard pool noise after that). If this is something that would "take away" from your experience, this may be a strike.

The unit did have an a/c unit in the living/dining room, which we didn't use. Though it was always warm when we returned from a day away, opening the patio door and the bedroom windows cooled things down. We kept the fan in each bedroom running all night and in addition to keeping us comfortable, the fans acted as "white noise" which blocked out other sounds we may have heard with the windows open (I'm a light sleeper).

The unit was very clean and the decor was nicely done. We weren't able to fully unpack our suitcases because the 2 small dressers (side tables, really) didn't offer much space in the Master, and the 2nd room didn't have one at all. There was a nice sized closet in each room but you just can't hang everything!

We only did breakfast in the kitchen so we found the dishes, mugs, silverware, etc. to be ample.

Camille was very responsive and helpful with questions and email.

We would stay here again.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the review! Thanks for taking the time to go into such detail also.. It really helps us, AND future travellers make educated decisions about their holidays. I agree that the children down in the pool can sometimes get loud. We have another unit in the complex and it doesn't matter where you are in the complex, a child's scream of delight is always a little piercing to the ears.. 😉?😉?. It is a family oriented complex so this sort of comes with the territory. Quiet time as you said is 10 pm-- and is strictly enforced. In regards to there being no dressers in the rooms this is not by choice, but only because of the lack of space. I would have loved to put a bureau in each room but the queen and the king size bed were of more importance to most travellers. As you indicated there is ample closet place to hang your clothing. I will indeed look into getting a very small chest of drawers for each room. Thanks again for all the kind comments and the constructive feedback. Most appreciated. Look forward to hosting you again. A very nice location

The condo was nicely furnished. It is close to the pool and garage so that was a plus. We also enjoyed the partial mountain view from the balcony. We were not allowed to get pool towels from the lobby, so it would have been nice to have extra towels provided. Some condos provide free park entrance pass for use,’so it would have been nice to have that perk since the price for this rental is higher than others.

Owner's Response: Hi there. Regarding the towels--the complex is a multi use facility so the front desk does not provide towels. There are ample towels provided to you and there is also a washer/dryer in the unit so that you could quickly launder the towels if need be. This is a VRBO not a hotel--daily housekeeping is not provided. Regarding the park pass, I have tried in the past to leave a pass for people but people would forget to leave it back in the unit and would leave it in their car. I had to replace them often. The annual pass is expensive and too costly to replace 2 to 3 times a year. Also the price for my unit is totally in line with all the other Canmore properties in town and you basically get a 2 bedroom apt to stay in with all the amenities. Beautiful condo in perfect location

Our family of 4 (2 teens) spent an amazing Christmas week in this lovely condo. The location was perfect--walking distance to downtown and several restaurants. We utilized the fitness center, but not the hot tub/pool because of the frigid temps. The underground parking (first-come, first-served) was nice given the cold temperatures. The condo was beautifully and comfortably decorated, the kitchen well-stocked (no cookie sheet, but we improvised, and spices only included S&P, paprika and italian seasoning, so if you're a cook, you might want to bring your own), and the heat/fireplace kept us toasty. The electric kettle was a bonus since we kept warm with lots of tea and cocoa. Plenty of towels/linens were available. A few books/games were also provided. The in-suite washer and dryer was a huge plus (detergent was provided).Camille was a great host, and we look forward to returning again in the warmer months.
