We have built and equipped this villa for our own occupation therefore all equipment and furniture is top quality not rental grade
The villa has four luxurious bedrooms all air conditioned with fans , and indoor and outdoor living spaces. With air conditioned living and kitchen upstairs and barbecue kitchen also outside by the pool, their are options for entertaining and dining.
We also have a driver available for airport pick up and drop off, and tours - all at a very good rate.
With a stunning surf-break at the front door, and impressive views all day long, you will be relaxed the instant you walk into the villa. Plus we also have a massage room, cinema and gym.
The staff are available for baby sitting .
Breakfast is included in the cost of the villa
We have Cable TV with all major international channels and movies available in the cinema and good wifi. . Sunrise beach walks are especially breathtaking .
We have two dogs who love early morning beach walks, but if you are not a dog lover don t worry they reside in the staff quarters .

The house will managed by my Villa manager who is present every day working at the house . I will be available by phone and email the whole duration of your visit
