About Lulah Wolfinger
Picture of us is Me, Jill Jordan owner, and my Daughter Lulah, manager. Picture is me getting married after my husband of 33 years (Lulah's father) died. We retired in Prescott (never regretted it). I was sad until I saw my male friend of 24 years in California that had lost his wife too, and next thing I knew we got married, are very in love and happy, so I'm back in California. We have a good professional staff to take care of our Craftsman and you!
Lulah Wolfinger purchased this House in 2004
Why Lulah Wolfinger chose Prescott
I fell in love the minute I saw this house. I love the location and historical old homes. I've remodeled it for 13 years and plan on keeping it until death! Its a special home. It's very comfortable. I come stay in it myself and visit my daugher, grandsons and sister , brother! Plus enjoy the lakes, town, restaurants, etc. You will love it here.
What makes this House unique
As you go through the picket fence, into the enclosed porch, you see a papas-an love seat just right in the porch to cuddle in. Read a book, watch the lightning during monsoon season! Then watch one of the many channels on the dish TVs in the living room or master bedroom. Go lay in the double hammock in the enclosed backyard. BBQ up a dinner and have it on the table with the party lights on at night for a romantic evening. Lay on the backyard lounge chairs and have a drink gazing at the beautiful Arizona sky. Sleep on the comfortable Master bedroom queen bed . Or the Posturepedic double! Soak in a clawfoot tub and your troubles will disappear. Mine do. Cook in the old kitchen with the new stove. Beautiful Walnut Butcher block countertops finished by my new husband John Jordan who makes Violins for a living. What a man! Walk to town and walk home when you are done! Don't miss the Coffee shop "The Raven" 2 blocks away. The Art Gallery across the street. The Prescott Brewery has their beer and great fish and chips (down town). Whiskey row is fun, karaoke singing, right where Billy the kid hung out! Two blocks away is Starbucks, Walgreen's, about 5 places to eat, and a bank. Don't miss Goldwater lake. About 10-15 min drive. Watson Lake is great for walking along. About 10-15 min drive. You can just walk around the neighborhood and look at the beautiful Victorians! During Christmas they go all out. And Halloween. And the square has craft fairs all summer and music nearly every night. Bring a chair and dinner. It's like a step back in time!

This place was perfect!
My roommate and I stayed here for 5 days over New Years Eve. It was perfectly located for a quiet getaway while still being within walking distance of several restaurants including whiskey row! It was also super cute!
Fantastic house and very comfortable! It’s close to everything in Prescott, too.
We had a great time staying here! The house is very warm and inviting. Everything you needed was provided by the owner and they responded immediately to our texts. The stay here at the house helped make our vacation so much better than cramped into a hotel room.
comfy unique and convenient
I want to come back in the spring so we can enjoy the warmer weather. But I loved the cooler weather for this trip. We really enjoyed the time we spent at the house and in town
Quaint little property, close to the center of town.
Charming property, being a combination of old and new. Walking distance to the center of town, and a variety of restaurants. Property was well stocked with every supply that you might need to ensure a pleasurable stay. Would stay there again.
I would stay here again now knowing the full amenities, certain items I would bring but the home is equipped to handle anything .
House was fine..Neighbors partying on porch on north side nearly every night after 9:00PM. Could not get reception on bedroom TV.
Liked convenience to shopping/restaurants and Granite Creek Park. Other homes in area looked ready to be torn down. Worst kept lawns all around the area. Front yard was good. Back yard was a jungle. We left 2 days early, mostly from lack of things to do and night time noise.
Summer-time the townsquare has music almost every night, craft fairs, free music festibles, great Christmas and Halloween acttivities...check the Chamber of Commerce at the square.
Also check out the three lakes to visit. The walking trails.
Great restaurents! Wine tasting across the street!
