Luxurious accommodations with plenty of room.
We enjoyed our stay and loved how much room there was in this Penthouse. With the exception of one of the toilets not working, and the in-house maintenance not being able to fix it, it was great.

Condo w/ great potential, needs more attention to detail, and guests should be more of a priority.
Location was great, right across from the pool, and an easy walk to the village.
The view from the 11th floor of the bay was beautiful, and featured beautiful sunsets. The layout of the condo was perfect, and spacious. Despite the title of the rental bragging about a recent remodel, there are certainly loose ends needing to be completed, and the bathrooms could use some updating as well, or at a minimum at least a very deep cleaning to remove mold/mildew. The mattresses are clearly new, and quite comfortable. The window in the master to the left appears broken, as the lock spins, and we found the window slightly ajar upon arrival. Even though we were able to close it, the wind how old and was sold through particularly on windy days. Upon check-in we noticed the microwave did not function, and immediately contacted the rental company. They were very quick to get back to us, but we had managed to figure out that it had been unplugged from the cabinet above and fixed it by the time they called back. The Internet connection was extremely slow and spotty the first couple hours after check-in. By dinner time, the Internet was completely gone. We immediately contacted the rental company who suggested it wasn’t their problem to deal with, and suggested we go talk to the front desk. The front desk informed me that there had been no Internet outages reported throughout the rest of the (huge) building or Lasata. They told us we should contact the rental company. We contacted them back, and they told us they would look into it as soon as possible, and that if we wanted faster service, that we could call the Internet provider directly. We chose not to call the Internet provider, as we were trying to enjoy our vacation and thought the 30 minutes we had already dealt with this issue was more than we should have. We never heard back from the rental company as promised, and followed up the next day, and they still had no information. Finally the next morning a gentleman from the Internet provider knocked on the door and informed us that he had reset the router/modem from his office remotely and that Internet should be working. It was, but I asked him if it was that easy and quick to do, why did it take days to fix? He was shocked, because he had just gotten the complaint from the rental company and our prior, and fixed it immediately. We found it frustrating that our request couldn’t be made a priority, and we’re disappointed by communications.

The HOA is responsible for the internet and we are sorry for any confusion and the inconvenience it caused.
