About Marion Webb

Former US Army veteran that grew up in North Carolina then spent several years in Savannah Georgia - where I graduated from Savannah State University before relocating south of the city (Atlanta) for more than 10 years. I love being outside and interacting with people. As a Georgia real estate broker with Webb Solar Realty, I get to do two of the things I love - meet new people and see lots of properties.

Marion Webb purchased this house in 1995

Why Marion Webb chose Riverdale

I bought this property because it reminded me of home. The property's attraction for me was the run down sunroom - which has since been restored. My vision included putting my feet up and enjoying a cup of coffee in private and be able to have that outdoor feeling.

What makes this house unique

Quiet and peaceful, clean and gracious with a pleasing color pallette. Upon first walking in I knew I was in love because of the feeling of serenity. This is a good place to share with other weary travelers who might want the same experience.

Guestbook comments from the owner

I absolutely loved the house and Marion was amazing and very helpful. We looked forward to staying with her again.

Very cute home, quiet neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

This home is decorated very elegantly. The owner was very accessible via text. She was very accommodating when we asked to check in early. The garage is awesome! You can unload everything easily into the garage without lugging everything in the house. The keypad at the door is great so you don't have to keep track of a key. The house is stocked very nice from the bathrooms to the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again, so much nicer than a one room hotel when you have 2 little kids :-).

Great looking. Problems in functionality.

  • 3 of 5

I made the mistake of "assuming" there would be laundry facilities. No washer/dryer. Minimal counter surface in bathroom. Limited drawer space. No trash cans in bedrooms. Portable fan inop. Not as clean as we expected. Certainly better than staying in a hotel for a week.

Race weekend in Atlanta

  • 5 of 5

Never rented a house before on my trips, always just went to a hotel. Glad I tried VRBO, the house was perfect and fit all of our needs. Clean, comfortable and centrally located between Atlanta and the race track. Marion responds quickly with any questions you may have. I would have no issue rebooking this location on my next trip to Atlanta.

It was nice

Nice place for me and my family. Only suggestion is that the place supply washer/dryer and have instructions to not locking the screen door or you will be locked out. We enjoyed our time and the host was patient and kind with us.

The Perfect Getaway

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend booked this place for me and my girlfriends for my 23rd birthday. Let me just tell you, the pictures do it no justice because the home is absolutely gorgeous in person. You know when your viewing furnished apartments with the manager before you decide if you wanna rent with them or not, that’s exactly what this place looked like on the inside. Everything in the home was decorated lovely. There was more than enough space for me and my 5 girlfriends. All the beds were comfy (felt like tempurpedic beds). The couches we soft and plush. Also, having two bathrooms was a plus for us. There was more than enough kitchenware, food condiments (ketchup, seasonings, etc), and cleaning supplies provided. When we first arrived, the house was chilly, however, all we had to do was text host and she changed it immediately. I definitely would recommend to families and groups of friends. The only downfall to this place is that it’s about a 15min drive to downtown Atlanta. But it wasn’t that bad because the city, Riverdale has its own set of local grocers, gas stations, and fast food places if you need to make quick little errands.

Overall, my birthday girls weekend was enjoyable. We all had a great time staying here.
