Ten second walk to bay, a few minute walk to beach. Walk to restaurant or 4 minute drive to the main Board Walk for local shopping/dining. Great location, very clean and amazing hospitality

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It has great views of both the Gulf and Sabine. It is conveniently located to the main hub of Pensacola Beach, but just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. The owner went above and beyond with providing waters, snacks, paper goods as well as toiletries. There is also a nice sized propane grill which was a nice surprise. The bedrooms are a nice size and both have balconies. I highly recommend this property and look forward to renting again next year!

Amazing & we will rent it again! Super clean & spacious w/bay backyard & the Beach across the Street

We absolutely love this rental property & will rent it again! Owner is very nice, stocked the fridge w/ drinks and snacks for our family. They had nice toiletries for our entire family to use in every bathroom. Plenty of toilet paper, nice towels, nice linen & even had detergent for us to use to wash laundry. We didn’t even have to go to the store when we arrived and was able to head straight to the beach which is across the street. They had beach chairs, sand toys, 2 grills, kayaks w/ life jackets, large rolling cooler, nets, WiFi, top of the line washer, dryer, TVs, board games, puzzles and much more for our family to use during our stay! My kids loved that the beach was across the street and can see it from their balcony and they loved to fish and kayak in the bay which was their backyard! The linens and towels seemed brand new and the house was immaculate when we arrived. They provided top of the line toiletries, even toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. Plenty of toilet paper, trash bags etc. The house was large with plenty of space for our family of 6! There were 4 balconies that my kids loved to go in to see the view of the beach and the view of the bay from the other side. They had 2 nice kayaks and life jackets that we all loved using to tour the bay in the afternoons. The kitchen was fully equipped and they even stocked the fridge with water, soft drink, juices etc for our family. The master bedroom was large and all rooms had large closets and dressers to store your clothes. It has a huge garage with tons of things to use during your stay. Having both the beach and bay at your fingertips exceeded our expectations. They have Highly recommended restaurants within walking distance. There is also a Free Trolly that runs directly in from of the house that will bring you to the board walk or anywhere you want to go on the strip. The beach had white sand w/ crystal clear blue water. Our family enjoyed our vacation house and made priceless memories that will last a lifetime! This was our first time ever renting a home on VRBO and were a little skeptical, but the owner of this vacation home was so welcoming and the home was so nice that we absolutely will rent it again! We HIGHLY recommend this property!!!!

The owner stocked the townhouse with so many amenities - never experienced this before - very nice treat! We brought our own paper plates, dishwashing supplies, toilet paper, etc. but it was already there. He also had some fresh fruit, sunscreen, snacks (even healthy ones), personal hygiene supplies, etc. He really went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated!

There were beach chairs, an umbrella and a rolling cart to haul everything to the beach. Very helpful!

The townhouse was clean and comfortable with nice views. The owner is very friendly and cared about us enjoying our stay! We would definitely rent from him again.

To say the townhouse was wonderful is an understatement.

Its location next to to tranquil Little Sabine, just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico with its sugar-sand beach, gave us the perfect balance between ocean and backyard waterside enjoyment. The townhouse, itself, was immaculate. Clean, well organized, quiet, and well-equipped, it offered everything we needed to relax.

Overall, it was a fantastic place to holiday. We are definitely coming back!

Great Location - quiet and comfortable

The owner took over the management of the property personally and supplied quality linens and comfortable furnishings. Owner went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed for our three month stay and always promptly responded to any of our questions or concerns. Kitchen was well stocked and the owner delivered any items we found lacking or were missing in a very timely manner. The building is well constructed so you do not hear neighbors at all hours of the day/night as you do in other townhouses/condos. The location is so convenient to the beach and restraunts and has a wonderful walking/biking trail out your front door. It was also conveient to have a full garage under the unit. Unit could use a little refreshing and updates to the bathrooms and counter tops which owner is planning. Thank you for letting us enjoy our winter without snow and ice!
