INSIDE THE HOUSE
With its clean white walls, beamed wooden ceilings and brand new tile flooring, our open-concept house is the design lover’s ideal Palm Springs getaway. Relax on the sofas in the living area, with a 53-inch TV and gas fireplace for chilly desert nights.
Prepare your meals in a fully equipped galley kitchen, a signature layout of a classic Meiselman home, complete with gas range, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and lots of elegantly designed cabinet space. Enjoy them in the modern dining area with seating for six, or pull up some extra chairs to accommodate your larger party.
Our house has four spacious bedrooms, ideal for larger families, retreats, and groups of friends. The master room features a king-size bed, 40” wall-mounted TV, bathroom and a private outdoor seating area. You’ll find equally comfy king-size beds, modern décor, and wall-mounted TVs in the second and third bedrooms.
Steps away from the main house is the fourth bedroom, known as “the Casita,” which features its own private entrance and lots of space: great for the in-laws, extra guests or kids. You will find two queen-size beds, a wall-mounted TV and separate 1/2 bath here.
As for outdoor space, this 10,000 sq. ft. lot is filled with outdoor living space to socialize and relax. Lounge by the sparkling, newly renovated private pool and spa, cozy up around the outdoor fire pit, or play some lawn games in the yard, all while overlooking impeccable views of the San Jacinto Mountains. There’s also ample space for outdoor dining here: the outdoor dining area, situated next to the gas BBQ, accommodates up to 8-10 people.
The house is located in the highly desirable Racquet Club Estates neighborhood in the North end of Palm Springs, known as the Uptown Design District. Walk just two blocks and you're on Palm Canyon Drive filled with restaurants, shops and entertainment.
The iconic mid-century modern Riviera Hotel is right around the corner—it’s worth a visit just to see their classic Palm Springs pool, circa 1958! We're also a short drive to the airport, the Aerial Tramway, hiking trails, golf resorts, casinos and other desert cities, for those looking to venture out.
